Phenotypic variation is genetic variation of the result of interaction with the environment, form or variation of phenotypic characteristics reflect the genotype, group, or ecological variation, up from the phenotypic detection of genetic variation is the easy way, very early widely used by Chinese and foreign scholars. In this study, digital image analysis and calipers, scales measured approach to Tibet Mainling, Long County, Jiacha 36 fine walnut seedling to plant material,Its long-parietal, parietal width, parietal area, parietal perimeter, the top leaf-type index, the nuts of the longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, lateral diameter, fruit weight and other phenotypic variability and leaf-fruit phenotype Traits in a detailed study of the relationship in order to in-depth understanding of Tibet walnut seedling types of genetic resources, to understand leaf, fruit phenotypic diversity, that leaves the relationship between fruit traits and genetic laws, introduction of resources for the walnut varieties resource selection, good traits provide the basis for identification and reference. Experimental results The results show that:1. In the long process of evolution, Tibet walnut phenotypic variation occurs to some extent, the order of leaves variation is leaf area> leaf width> leaf perimeter> leaf length> leaf shape index, Index of leaf morphological variation coefficients were less than 10%, the formation of a relatively fixed characteristic values, is stable botanical characters, while the area reached 23.1%coefficient of variation, genetic diversity, have great potential for further selection. Nuts degree of phenotypic characteristics were as follows:fruit weight> hard shell thickness> suture line of high> kernel rate> vertical Sutra "side of the diameter> transverse diameter> fruit shape, fruit diameter, lateral diameter coefficient of variation of morphological traits such as less than 10%, is relatively stable botanical characters, while the average fruit weight, kernel weight and hard shell thickness and other characteristics of the coefeficient of variation of 20% or more, genetic diversity, a great potential for further selection.2.TThe highest degree of shape variation is nuts weight, coefficient of variation was 23.5%, followed by shell thickness, coefficient of variation was 23.2%, the lowest coefficient of variation is the fruit shape index, coefficient of variation was 8.8%. Many traits such as:fruit weight, thick crust, sutures have shown high rate of greater variability, which is only the smallest high suture 2.57 mm, the largest is 7.86, the gap reached 3.06 times, in the view from the fruit weight The smallest is only 6.87 g, the largest for 19.97 g, the gap reached 2.9 times the results with other studies comparing the genetic diversity of Tibetan nuts or walnuts are abundant.3. Tibet walnut parietal leaves, nuts, some of the traits showed highly significant or significant correlation between parietal width and nut weight and kernel weight reached a very significant positive correlation with the nuts of the vertical through, diameter, lateral diameter suture high, hard shell thickness reached a significant positive correlation, parietal area and suture nut weight and height up to a very significant positive correlation with the three-path, hard shell thickness, kernel weight reached a significant positive correlation, walnut parietal nut weight and circumference of suture highly significant positive correlation, parietal suture length and height to achieve a significant positive correlation, suggesting that these organs belong to the same traits may be linked gene cluster, the same linkage group gene under the control of phenotypic traits exhibited correlated. Altitude and the parietal reach the circumference of a significant negative correlation, indicating that as the altitude increases, the value of the circumference of the smaller parietal lobe.
