Polygonatum sibiricum Redoute is also called lao hu jiang, ji tou shen, xian ren yu liang,which is Liliaceae, Polygonatum. It is perennial herbs and distributed widely in northtemperate regions and north subtropical zone. He Bei, Inner Mongolia,Shaan Xi province isthe main growing area in China. Sealwort is our traditional beneficial Chinese herbalmedicine and has significant medicine function. So the research of Polygonatum sibiricumRedoute causes concerns among a lot of scholars, and the researech of Tetranychus urticaeKoch is focus on the ecology and biological characteristics, in addition to this,the research ofbiological control is focus on abamectin. The others is no public reports.The research main contain growing development of Tetranychus urticae Koch and twobiological pesticide (Abamectin and Matrine) residue analysis. The author has studied on sixdifferent temperature gradient and observe the growth of Tetranychus urticae.The studies results mainly as followes:The ovum growth is8.28℃.Effective accumulated temperature of ovum stage is59.86d℃. The starting temperature of the larva growth is16.18℃. Effective accumulatedtemperature is23.28d?℃. The starting temperature of the teliochrysalis growth is14.34℃.Effective accumulated temperature is24.05d?℃. The starting temperature of the generationgrowth is11.29℃.Effective accumulated temperature is115.96d?℃. Tetranychus urticaegrow quickest at30℃and at the same temperature, the time for growth is the shortest.However, Tetranychus urticae cannot grow at40℃.The decomposition of Abamectin and Matrine in the root and leaf of sealwort and soilshows that the two pesticides decompose fast in the root and leaf of sealwort and soil.Besides,it will not cause the pesticides residue. In the14th day,the amount of abamectinresidue are0.011mg/kg,0.005mg/kg and0.008mg/kg, degradation rate are2.21%,41.99%and13.86%, half-life are31.352d,1.6507d and5.0021d. The amount of matrine residue are0.011mg/kg,0.005mg/kg and0.008mg/kg, degradation rate are3.13%,0.62%and4.62%,half-life are22.168d,112.51d and15.000d. The results showed that Abamectin degrade far more faster than Matrine. The amount of residue of the two pesticides meets the GB'srequirement on pesticides residue。...
