With the increase of population and the rapid development of economy, China's watershortages have become increasingly prominent. The basic conditions of water shortage leadsChina's agriculture to save water. However, there are still some problems in the developmentof water-saving irrigation, in particular, due to the complexity of China's regional conditionsand water-saving irrigation techniques, the choice of water-saving irrigation technology cometo be a complex and important problem in practice.The purpose of this paper is to build awater-saving irrigation technology evaluation system with the application of fuzzy evaluationand the improved analytical hierarchy process, this paper will present an effective watersaving irrigation technique, in order to provide systematical and scientific gist for localgovernment department, farmers and experts.This article implements the following content:(1)Established the effect evaluation index system of water saving irrigation technologyon the basis of summarizing the literature and research. Focused on the factors influencing theevaluation of water-saving irrigation technology, which is summed up to6categories,economic, technology, resources, environment, society, and policy, divided into34subclassindexes, and to explain and quantify each subclass indexes.(2)Evaluation of water-saving irrigation technology affected by a number of factors,only from one aspect and indicator to evaluate, often have a great deal of partiality andinaccuracy. Established the improved analytic hierarchy process mathematical model of theevaluation of water-saving irrigation techniques, to deal with various indicators andcalculation weights, used single-factor method and multivariate methods to solve the model.(3)In Yangling district as an example, use the established model to choose the bestwater-saving irrigation technology in sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, tube feeding andborder irrigation, and the optimal results is sprinkler irrigation technology. Validation throughan instance of the system is practical. Through an example to verify the system is practical.(4)Water-saving irrigation technology assessment involves a lot of indicators, and the models calculation is complex, in order to make the research results be a better application, a"Evaluation system software on water-saving irrigation technology" is developed by C++language under the Visual Studio2010platform, based on the MFC framework.
