China is deficient in water resources which lost balance in space and time,so developing the water-saving irrigation will be of important strategicsignificance and effect of guaranteeing nation water safety, guaranteeingnation grain safety, guaranteeing nation ecological environment safety,promoting the sustainable development of the rural and agricultural economy.This paper research on the basic theory of the water-saving irrigationappropriate technology at first, then construct the model of the water-savingirrigation appropriate technology base on the Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN),and take the Genetic Algorithms as the train algorithm of the water-savingirrigation appropriate technology base on FNN, which improves theapplication and accuracy of the model. It provides a new efficient selectionmethod and imp theory based and method based on selecting water-savingirrigation appropriate technology of regional, it has important applicationvalue and popularization value selecting water-saving irrigation appropriatetechnology of regional.The main contents of this paper is as follows:(1) This paper expounds the paper's research purpose and meaning,summarizes the application status of water-saving irrigation and FNN at homeand abroad. This paper is given the research background of the paper, detaileddescription the paper's research method and technical route.(2) This paper established a set scientific and rational index system ofwater-saving irrigation appropriate technology through the research of thewater-saving irrigation technology theory and the influencing factions ofwater-saving irrigation appropriate technology. The index system reducessome influencing faction which had little effect to water-saving irrigationappropriate technology, such as policy factor. This paper has been optimizedthe index system of water-saving irrigation appropriate technology.(3) This paper combined the fuzzy system and neural network, used therespective advantages of their. FNN was used in the selecting of thewater-saving irrigation appropriate technology, and construct the model of thewater-saving irrigation appropriate technology base on the Fuzzy NeuralNetwork (FNN), and take the Genetic Algorithms which suitable global optimization as the train algorithm of the water-saving irrigation appropriate technology base on FNN, which improves the application and accuracy of the model.(4) This paper completed the system of good interactive and friendly interface through the requirement analysis and function design to the selecting system of the water-saving irrigation appropriate technology base on FNN, designed and implemented the system's interface.(5) This paper completed the water-saving irrigation appropriate technology for Weifang by using the model and system, which through the date treatment and collection, it proved the model is efficiency and practicality, and provides a new efficient selection method and imp theory based and method based on selecting water-saving irrigation appropriate technology of regional.
