Head-feed rice combine harvest rice straw tidy, easily recycled, so welcome by farmers. Although at present the introduction of foreign head-feed rice combine own high work efficiency, but the original input costs, repair parts expensive, lead to low performance-to-price ratio. And at present domestic small head-feed rice combine harvest still exist cut table easily blocked, productivity is not stable. Directly affect the domestic small head-feed rice combine harvest development,But the demand is big, the domestic related units are in active development. It is simple in structure, convenient operation, through the performance is good, price is low and so on. But the cut table in work there is not smooth, easy operation up and so on the aspects of the problem.To solve the problem, this paper studies from the following content on:(1) Through the kinematics and dynamics analysis, to cut a structure and kinematic parameters for calculation, Get the matching relation between the four speed of machine walking speed, cutting speed, crop lifting speed and transmission speed. The work components of machine has been analysed,and got the range of motion parameters;(2) The indoor test-bed based on this combine is designed.(3) The determination of moisture content, including stem grain moisture content and the ratio of the material properties of rice aspertate basic parameters.For follow-up tests to provide the basis.(4) Due to influence the results before the test factors of not clear, by taking the comprehensive score as an evaluation indicator, the orthogonal test was done which was on the speed of crop lifting, cutting, transmission and machine walking. Then single factor test and verifying test. The orthogonal test showed that the walking speed and transmission speed had great influence on header performance. And the single factor test showed that in the range of0.7-1.3m/s,0.7-1.1m/s,0.88-1.76m/s and0.3-0.8m/s, the speed of cutting, crop lifting, transmission and machine walking on the influence of the test index is First increases, then decreases.The best speed parameter matching for crop lifting, cutting speed, transmission speed and walking speed is0.8m/s,0.85m/s,1.1m/s m/s and0.675m/s respectively. Validation contrast test was done between the combination of orthogonal test, and the single factor test and the result showed that the single factor parameter combination had the best transmission efficiency and satisfied the production requirements in the meanwhile.(5) Using the mathematical statistics method to set up the test the factors and their interaction to cutting table a comprehensive performance score, and the mathematical model of the model optimization.
