Rice is the main grain crops of our country,the output of rice determines the food security of our country.However,in the south of China,there is still a low rate of mechanized harvesting.The main reasons for this situation are: 1.Hilly terrain in the south of the main transport route is poor,the market can not keep up with the ability of the existing harvester;2.The paddy field plots are generally small,and it is difficult to carry out the work;3.The difference of the geographical environment of the paddy field is large,and the variety of rice planting is very difficult.In order to change the present situation,this paper puts forward a modular design of a kind of electric driven semi feeding rice combine.This paper focuses on the research and application of modular design method of the new machine.The modular design of the rice combine harvester is studied in the following seven aspects:1.Conduct research on similar products and user requirements to determine the function and design criteria;2.The improved heuristic modular method is used to partition the product;3.The machine is designed in detail;4.After the pretreatment,and then the fuzzy clustering analysis is used to divide the cutting table and threshing system accurately;5.The optimization design of the machine key performance module interface(cutting table lifting device),which can effectively reduce the weight of the machine,shorten the longitudinal dimension of the harvester;6.Based on the method of horizontal modular design,the other modules of the machine are designed,and the peripheral module is designed;7.The performance of the eight models obtained by modular combination is obtained through functional scoring.The research of this topic has determined the general idea of the modular design of the new type of machine,the idea and the method involved have the universal reference and application value.Rice harvesting machine developed by the subject of light weight,small volume,strong mobility,modular configuration can effectively solve the present situation of rice harvest mechanization in China low rate,effectively protect the country's food security.
