Nowadays,Animal Husbandry in China are developing rapidly, whichstill bases on consumption of grain-oriented development model,it's difficult toalleviate the situation of the contradiction about man and livestock,so it is necessaryto optimize livestock structure, promote the herbivore and develop grain-savinglivestock husbandry. The experiment were carried on the test of ruminal degradationof Pennisetum and Chamaecrista SPP. to understand their ruminal dynamicdegradation of law, which was to expand ruminant grain, regulate diet and selectappropriate cutting time of Chamaecrista SPP. in different growth stages for offeringthe basis and theoretical reference data.1.The study on ruminal dynamic degradation of six Pennisetum linesThe test was carried on that samples of six Pennisetum lines were incubated in therumen of3Hosstein cows for6,12,24,36,48and72h to determine in situdegradation of DM,CP,NDF and ADF over time, which were Hybrid Pennisetum,Dwarf elephant grass,Guangxi Pennisetum,Hybrid giant napier,Minmu Pennisetum,Taixu Pennisetum. The result showed that DM rumen degradability of Dwarf elephantgrass for72h was70.39%highest,which was not significantly different with GuangxiPennisetum and Minmu Pennisetum(P<0.05),but was extremely significantdifferent with Hybrid Pennisetum and TaixuPennisetum(P<0.01),at the mean time, the difference for DM rumen effective degradability(ED)of six Pennisetum lines wasnot significant(P>0.05);NDF rumen degradability of Dwarf elephant grass for72hwas66.88%highest,which was also significantly different with Guangxi Pennisetumand Minmu Pennisetum(P<0.05),but was significantly different than HybridPennisetum,Guangxi Pennisetum and Minmu Pennisetum(P<0.05),and NDFrumen effective degradability of six Pennisetum lines was not significantly different(P>0.05);The differences of ADF rumen degradability of six Pennisetum lineswere all not significant(P>0.05),and ED for Hybrid Pennisetum was the highest, which was not significantly different with Taixu Pennisetum,Dwarf elephant grass,Minmu Pennisetum and Guangxi Pennisetum that were in turn reduce(P>0.05),butsignificantly different with Hybrid Pennisetum that was lowest(P<0.05);CP rumen degradability of Minmu Pennisetum for72h was67.05%highest,which was28.99%higher than Hybrid Pennisetum that was the lowest, and the difference between themwere significan(tP<0.05),CP of Guangxi Pennisetum was not incubated for6~12hover time, and CP rumen effective degradabilities of Guangxi Pennisetum,TaixuPennisetum,Dwarf elephant grass and Minmu Pennnisetum were43.54%,40.54%,40.39%and39.17%respectively,which were40.68%,30.98%,30.50%,26.56%higher than Hybrid Pennisetum that was30.95%CP rumen effective degradability, the difference were extremely significant(P<0.01).At last for comprehensiveconsideration, the nutritional value of Dwarf elephant grass and Minmu Pennisetumfor ruminants was better relatively, and Guangxi Pennisetum was worst.2.The study on ruminal dynamic degradation of Chamaecrista SPP.Samples of C.rotundifolia. and C.rotun-difolia cv Wynn. in early-boomly stage,full-booming stage and bearing Pod stage were incubated in the rumen of3Hossteincows for6,12,24,36,48and72h to determine in situ degradation of DM,CP,NDF and ADF over time. The result showed that CP content for C.rotundifolia.decreased as the maturity progressed, and NDF,ADF content first increased anddecreased;CP content for C.rotun-difolia cv Wynn. in early-boomly stage and bearingpod stage were relatively higher, and was lowest in full-booming stage,NDF,ADFcontent first increased and decreased.Part of rapid degradation(RDP),slow degradation (SDP)and effectivedegradability of DM of C.rotundifolia. and C.rotun-difolia cv Wynn. in three growthperiods were all not significantly different(P>0.05);RDP of CP for C.rotundifolia.in early-boomly stage was11.24%highest,2.79%in bearing pod stage, differencebetween them were extremely significan(tP<0.01),and ED of CP of C.rotundifolia.in bearing pod stage was35.50%,which was32.36%higher than that in early-boomlystage,difference between them significant(P<0.01),and was83.18%higher thanthat in full-booming stage, difference between them extremely significant(P<0.01).RDP of CP for C.rotun-difolia cv Wynn. in early-boomly stage and bearingpod stage were12.25%,9.09%respectively,and difference between them were not significan(tP>0.05),and ED of CP in three periods were39.31%,14.04%,30.18%respectively,difference among them were all extremely significant(P<0.01);NDFof rumen degradability of C.rotundifolia. in full-booming stage for72h was41.00%,which was142.89%higher than that in early-boomly stage, difference extremelysignificant(P<0.01),and was70.69%higher than that in bearing pod stage, difference significant(P<0.05).NDF of rumen degradability of C.rotun-difolia cvWynn. in early-boomly stage and full-booming stage for72h were27.84%,27.05%respectively,differences between them were not significant(P>0.05),and that was13.48%lowest in bearing pod stage, differences among them were significant(P<0.05);ADF of rumen degradability of C.rotundifolia. full-booming stage for72h was42.39%,which was137.84%higher than that in early-boomly stage, differences weresignificant(P<0.05).ADF of rumen degradability of C.rotun-difolia cv Wynn. inearly-boomly stage for72h was34.05%,which was161.31%higher than that inbearing pod stage, differences between them were not significant(P<0.05),compared with that in full-booming stage the differences were not significant (P>0.05).For comprehensive consideration of CP component in forage and rumendegradation parameters, the best cutting time for C.rotundifolia. was in early-boomlystage,for C.rotun-difolia cv Wynn. in early-boomly stage and bearing pod stage....
