| This experiments is studied on the degradability of protein feed in rumen and the effect of element and vitamine on weight of sheep. The degradability of protein feed in rumen .In this article, three sheep using permanent fistula on rumen were used to determine the degradation rule and calculate the dynamic degradation rate of protein, amino acid and dry matter of soybean meal, peanut meal, cotton seed meal (CSM), rape seed meal(RSM) and lees in rumen. The results showed that the degradation rules were varied from different feed in rumen. The degradation rate of peanut meal was very high in two hours, then it rose in beeline, it reached 86.60% in forty-eight hours; Soybean meal was lower in two hours, but it rose in beeline after two hours. The protein degradation rate was lower than peanut only. The protein degradation rate of cotton seed meal (CSM) and rape seed meul (RSM) were similar, their degradation rates were higher in two hours, but they rose slowly. The protein degradation rate of lees was very low by 6.28%, but it rose in beeline in sixteen hours and it was higher than the degradation rates of CSM and RSM after twenty-four hours. The protein dynamic degradation rate of peanut was highest by 65.05, The protein dynamic degradation rate of Soybean meal, cotton seed meal (CSM), rape seed meal(RSM) and lees were 58.14%, 47.04%, 42.51%, 41.40% respectively. The amino acid degradation rules varied of different protein feed, but they had the same characteristic. The degradation rate of lysine, glutamic acid and arginine were higher, but the degradation rate of branch amino acid were lower for example leucine and isoleucine. The dynamic degradation rate of peanut meal was highest by 69.53% The dynamic degradation rate of Soybean meal, cotton seed meal (CSM), lees and rape seed meal(RSM) were 61.33%, 48.66%, 47.99% and 38.84 respectively. The composition of amino in feed matter and feed draff after degradation for sixteen in rumen compared, from which we found the content of vary of amino acids in peanut meal and Soybean meal had increasing trends after sixteen hours cultured in rumen. The increasing trends of leucine, isoleucine, threonine, phenylalanine were greater. The increase trends of lysine, methionine, arginine and histidine were smaller. The content of varies of amino acid in cotton seed meal matter had decreasing trend s after sixteen hours cultured in rumen, but decreasing value was small. The compositions of amino acid in lees and rape seed meal (RSM) matter were steady after sixteen hours cultured in rumen.Except for the dry matter degradation rate of cotton seed meal (CSM) was lower than the degradation of other protein, curves of dry matter degradation rate were similar to curves of protein degradation rate of other feed. The dynamic dry matter degradation rate of peanut meal was highest by 69.82. The dynamic dry matter degradation rate ofSoybean meal, rape seed meal (RSM), lees and cotton seed meal (CSM) were 66.24%.47.10%, 41.28%, 39.25% respectively. The effect of element and vitamine on weight of sheep.Twenty small-tail sheep of lambs four months old were selected based on similar weight (17.64?.05) and being of half male and female, they were randomly allotted to two groups: control group and trial group. The body weight were not significant between each group (p>0.05) . Control group and trial group had the same basal diet, trial group was added 1% trace element and vitamine, the feeding trial period lasted sixty days. The result showed that average daily gain (ADG) of trial group (299.67g/day of each sheep) was 70.67g/day of each sheep more than control group (229g/day of each sheep) (/K0.05) . Average daily coarse feed intake, coarse feed translate rate, extract feed translate rate and total feed translate rate of trial group increased by 0.06kg/day of each sheep (p<0.05), 16.99% (p<0.05), 23.30% (p<0.05), 20% (p<0.05) in contrast to control respectively. The apparent digestibility of dry matter, energy and CP increased by 1.53%, 1.19% and 0.81% as compared with control respe... |
