Anaerobic fermentation is the development of new energy and newways, it is effective method to solve the industrial and agricultural wastes. Wheat glumedistributed widely in China and is rich in production.It is a good material for anaerobicfermentation. The study of wheat glume as fermentation material, explores the differentconcentrations of NaOH, ammonia, urea solution of wheat glume after pretreatment effect ongas production, different concentration of fermented liquid, different concentration ofinoculum, the initial value of different pH value on wheat glume anaerobic fermentation andproduction rule the influence of gas, liquid fermentation, inoculum concentration, C/N valuesof3factors in different levels of the optimal combination of the maximum gas production,reached the following results:1The results of wheat glume by the concentration of0%, respectively,3%,6%and9%NaOH solution treatment after anaerobic fermentation,showed that: the gas production isoptimal concentration of6%solution, the highest daily gas production is210ml, cumulativegas production is1419ml, the highest methane content of59%, total gas production than theconcentration of9%,3%,0%of the pretreatment solution, respectively,10.4%,20%,166.7%.Wheat glume by the concentration of0%,5%,10%and15%ammonia solution treatmentafter anaerobic fermentation, results showed that: gas production optimal concentration of10%solution, its highest daily gas production for205ml, cumulative gas production of1372ml, the highest methane content of57%, total gas production than the concentration of15%,5%,0%of the pretreatment solution, respectively,10.5%,17.6%,157.9%. The resultsof wheat glume by the concentration of0%,5%,10%and15%urea solution treatment afteranaerobic fermentation showed that: gas production optimal concentration of10%solution,the highest daily gas production for180ml, cumulative gas production of1167ml, the highestmethane content of55%, total gas production than the concentration of15%,5%,0%of thepretreatment solution, respectively,11.2%,22.7%,119.3%.By comparison, the bestconcentration of6%NaOH solution after pretreatment with immediate gas production and cumulative gas production were higher than the rest of the pretreatment.2After the pretreatment of fermentation material of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignincontent decreased, decreasing rate of amplitude were greater than the control group, theconcentration of6%NaOH after pretreatment of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin content rateof declining range is the biggest, the concentration of6%NaOH solution after pretreatment ofthe daily production and cumulative gas production are higher than those of the otherpreprocessing results echoes.3Anaerobic fermentation characteristics of different concentrations of fermentedmaterial. The concentration of material was6%,8%,10%and12%of four test groups, testresults show that: gas production is the best solution concentration of8%, its highest dailygas production is740ml, the cumulative gas production4130ml, the highest methane contentis48%, daily gas production than the concentration of6%and10%,12%processing,respectively7.25%,5.71%,8.03%, the cumulative gas production than the concentration of6%,10%,12%processing, respectively5.5%,3.6%,7.9%, the methane highest concentrationof concentration of6%,10%,12%processing, respectively17.07%,11.63%,29.73%, the pHof the concentration of8%solution of pH changes in the smallest magnitude of pH changes inthe concentration of other materials.4Different inoculum ratio on anaerobic fermentation characteristics. Inoculum ratio was10%,20%,30%and40%of four test groups, test results show that: gas production is optimalinoculum ratio of30%solution, the highest daily gas production is780ml, the cumulativeproduction volume is5145ml,the highest methane content is60.5%,cumulative gasproduction than the concentration of10%,20%,40%of the treatments were5%,3.94%,0.88%, the pH of the concentration of30%changes in amplitude of the pH value, the smallerthe proportion of inoculum, the larger the pH value changes. Located the initial pH of5,6,7and8four test groups: optimal gas production is the solution of the initial pH of7, the highestdaily gas production is785ml, the cumulative gas production5075ml, the highest methanecontent is50.5%, deal with the cumulative production gas than the initial pH value of5,6,8respectively45%,25.31%,15.34%, the influence of the pH value as follows: initial pH valueof7the pH of the solution changes the smallest initial pH value, the more deviation from theneutral, the greater the magnitude of change.5Research fermentation the concentration of material, the percentage of inoculum, acombination of different levels of the three factors of the C/N values obtained mixture liquidgas production optimum combination of wheat glume regression equation and the averagemethane content of the optimal regression equation, with the regression equation can predictthe variation of gas production. |
