Climate change has increased agricultural production instability, exacerbated fluctuationof agricultural production, affected our national food safety, increased the farmers' income, which finally cause a series of social problems. In recent years, the issue of climate changehas caused global concern. This research focuses on the characteristics of climate change inrecent60years on middle reaches of the Yellow River in Shaanxi section of stream in severalregions, including the Yulin area, Yan'an area, Xi'an area, then given the tread of climatechange over the regional. The curve of regional meteorological yield analysis climate changeon agricultural production influence; Investigation of the current situation of regionalresponse to climate change; A comprehensive analysis of the current climate change problems, and puts forward the corresponding measures and policy suggestions to cope with climatechange. To accurate understanding of how climate change in the present stage impact onagricultural and provide logical information, and it also have important theoretical value onthe regional agricultural climate change and sustainable development. The main results are asfollows:1. Based on the data of temperature, precipitation and sunshine during1951-2010, thispaper has analyzed the characteristics of annual, decade and season climatic factors. Theresults indicated that in recent60years the climate has shown the significant tread ofwarming and drying. The temperature increased with a tendency of0.344℃/10in the wholeyear and winter was more obviously than that of others. However, the precipitation decreasewith a tendency of-11.83mm/10a, summer and autumn were significantly reduce than springand winter. The sunshine hours reduced with a tendency of-53.16h/10a, most obvious inwinter.2. Use the data of three regions of grain yield, wheat, corn yield during the1989-2009.Take grain crop per unit area yield (kg/hm~2) as the dependent variable, with time as theindependent variable, using piecewise linear fitting, and finally get the trend yield equation is:y=236.02x-462957,1989-1998(R~2=0.4252);1998-2009: y=360.36x-712122(R~2=0.7924).The results show that under the background of climate change, wheat meteorologicalyield is not significantly increase, but the corn meteorological yield is substantially increased.Used1991-2010years of regional meteorological yield and annual mean temperature, precipitation, sunshine hours the correlation analysis showed that, crop yield and higher temperatures were positively correlated, and the decrease of precipitation was negativelyrelated, and the decrease of sunshine duration were positively correlated, but were notsignificant.3. By established the index of climate change impacts on agriculture evaluation, theauthor present an analysis of the agricultural climate change problems. Mainly displays in:Climate warming and drying trend more obvious and the effects on agriculture more extensivescope and uncertain outcome; Climate change makes the ecological fragile district agriculturalmeteorological disasters and the loss is more severe; Climate change further exacerbate theagricultural pollution; The farmer on climate change at the cognitive level is low, the ability tocope with meteorological disasters is poor; Social and economic factors that restrict farmeractively respond to climate change initiative.4. According to the research results and problems, put forward agriculture to respond toclimate change measures are mainly: Strengthen agricultural science and technology research, the establish the new technology system, especially in agriculture to cope with climate change;According to the different aspects of agricultural production and vigorously promote theadvanced technology to develop the low carbon agriculture; Positive change government toevery aspect of agricultural production management; Raise agriculture to produce main bodyawareness on climate change; Widen agriculture service department and farmer in addressingclimate change communication channels; Pay attention to extreme weather phenomena, improve the level of meteorological services and the ability of disaster prevention andreduction.
