The concrete research results are as follows:1. Through the determination of Pleurotus eryngii the fresh weight, production cycle,density and other production performance and quality parameters, establishes water contentand the fruit body quality parameters of the mathematical model, and research growth anddevelopment on water content of matrix, which show that the best water content of Pleurotuseryngii cultivation matrix is64.7%. When water content of cultivation matrix is64.7%, thefruit body weight reaches273.2g/bag, the production cycle is for48.8days, the fruit bodydensity reaches0.6664g/ml3, fruit body length reaches190mm and cultivation matrixutilization rate reaches35.68%.2. In the test range, water content of cultivation matrix is not a significant relationshipwith the diameter of stipe.3. Light intensity has important effect on growth of Pleurotus eryngii.Through thedetermination of different light conditions, production performance and quality parameters ofPleurotus eryngii on hyphae growth stage and the fruit body growth stage, and researchgrowth and development of Pleurotus eryngii on light intensity, which shows that mycelialaverage growth of Pleurotus eryngii is the fastest in no light conditions, the mycelial growstrongly, and the shortest of hyphae production cycle is33day. In the fruit body growth stage,when light intensity is99.5lx, the fruit body weight reaches249.38g/bag, fruit body densityreaches0.5035g/ml3, fruit body length reaches186.5mm, matrix utilization rate ofcultivation matrix reaches28.19%, it says that the best fruit body growth light intensity is99.5lx.4. Temperature plays animportant role on growth of Pleurotus eryngii. This experiment through the determination of different temperature condition, researches colonies diameterand the fruit body quality parameters establishes a mathematical model, and the regressionequations analysis, which shows that the best temperature of phyphae growth is25.1℃, whenthe temperature is25.1℃, hyphae ofPleurotus eryngii grow strongly, and the color of hyphaeis very white, the maximum growth rate of hyphae is4.1mm/d. In the test range, when thetemperature is16.0℃, the fruit body weight reaches41.29g/bottle, the fruit body densityreaches0.5279g/ml3, as the temperature rising, the growth period of fruit body graduallyshorten, but fruit body quality is poorer, appeared yellow and become soft phenomenon.5. In the test range, temperature is not a significant relationship with the fruit bodylength.6. Ventilation volume is another fator on growth and development of Pleurotus eryngii.This test by means of measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide, researching differentgrowth stages of growth performance and quality parameters of Pleurotus eryngii, establishesa mathematical model, and concludes that growth stage of the hyphae,which the best carbondioxide concentration is0.34%, when the carbon dioxide concentrations is0.34%, hyphae ofPleurotus eryngii grow strongly, and the color of hyphae is very white, the maximum growthrate of hyphae is3.5mm/d. Carbon dioxide concentrations of the fruit body growth is0.12%,at this time, the fruit body weight reaches166.89g/bag, matrix utilization rate reaches33.79%; with the increase of the concentration of carbon dioxide, fruit body density increasegradually, but the fruit body almost no growth entity, and the fruit body length and thediameter of stipe are becoming smaller, when the carbon dioxide concentration is0.12%, thefruit body length and the diameter of stipe are more appropriate, and shape is good, the fruitbody quality and yield are better. Therefore, the best carbon dioxide concentration is0.12%inthe growth phase of fruit body.7.
