Objective:Gastrointestinal motility function is one of the most important physiological functions of the digestive system.Whether is it normal or not, depending on the central nervous system, the enteric nervous system, gastrointestinal hormones, gastrointestinal electrical rhythm and so on. The normal gastrointestinal motility is not only pushing, grinding, and mixing, but also having immune regulation, hormone secretion and mucosal barrier such as the role of non-specific immune defense. It is known that the patient would often have abdominal distention, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal motility disorder and a series of performance because of suffering from trauma, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or severe infections.Therefore it is essential to use drugs early to restore function of gastrointestinal tract disease recovery and prevention of complications. Nowadays, researehs have found that there are many factors could generate gastrointestinal motility disorder and the modern medicine try to develop new drugs to promote gastrointestinal motility,but most of them have many side effects. However, Chinese medicine have a good clinical effect on treatment gastrointestinal diseases.Modem medicine's understanding of gastrointestinal digestion and absorbability equal with the function of the spleen and stomach in the traditional Chinese medicine. The movement of Qi-lifting power and stomach movement theory are accordant. The symptoms of gastrointestinal motility disorder are attributable to the performance of "Piman",which means that the occurrence of stomach fullness Qi-block, directly related to abnormal movements, It is that the similarities and relevant between Chinese medicine Piman and Western medicine FD that prompted the scientific hypothesis and ideas for the Chinese medicine treatment of these diseases.Nowadays,it has been reported that the researehs on the aromatic Qi medicine and regulate Qi medicine regulating gastrointestinal motility. However, it has not been reported that the researehs on the aromatic Qi method and regulate Qi method regulating gastrointestinal motility. Agastache high dose (100mg/ml), dried tangerine peel, the low dose (50mg/mI,25mg/ml), Agastache+ the same low-dose combined decoction of dried tangerine peel (12.5+12.5 mg/ml) the role of the best.3 Combined decoction of compatibility ratio of FD can be effectively coordinated intervention to promote gastrointestinal and gastrin secretion. Effects were markedly sex, Agastache+dried tangerine peel (0.4+0.3) g/ml> Agastache+ tangerine peel (0.4+0.2) g/ml>Hong+tangerine peel (0.3+0.3) g/ml dose combination. Agastache+ tangerine peel (0.3+0.2)g/ml dose of the combination of FD effects of gastrointestinal motility without intervention.Conclusion:Agastache rugosa and dried tangerine peel extract single treat FD rats by enhancing the longitudinal strips of gastric smooth muscle contraction amplitude, contraction of gastric smooth muscle. Among them, high doses of Agastache rugosa, tangerine peel, the most significant effect of low doses; the same dose of low dose combined decoction in FD intervention effect due to the best of gastric smooth muscle relaxation. Thus Tips:Agastache+orange peel effect on gastric smooth muscle positive adjustment has good synergy; rugosa decoction combined with dried orange peel enhance the gastrointestinal propulsive role, and participation is closely related to gastrointestinal hormones. Agastache proportion of compatibility with the orange peel effect to play a key factor in synergy. Confirmed:aromatic Qi method superimposed with the application of regulate Qi method, the best dosage ratio of 4:3 and 4:2. Aromatic drugs dosage> regulate Qi drugs, enhance synergies. Otherwise, synergies would be weak, even antagonistic.
