Purpose:The study has researched the Magnolia officinalis and pharmacokinetic and processed coptis Chinese in the quality,pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution research.Material and method:In this paper, based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, combined with advanced modern science and technology on the quality of Chinese Magnolia, and processed products of a comprehensive standardized. Evodia will be different specific place of origin, different processed products of magnolol and honokiol components analysis and comparison of quality of the system, through the study of Chinese Magnolia, to improve the quality of the standard for clinical medicine and basic research theoretical basis. Mainly thin-layer chromatography carried out on the Identification of Chinese Magnolia; using HPLC-ELSD method, simultaneous determination of magnolol in traditional Chinese medicine magnolol, and honokiol content; and magnolol HPLC fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine research; on Chinese Magnolia pharmacokinetic study carried out; and the tissue distribution studies.Results:1. Content determination:The HPLC method to determine the indicator components of Magnolia officinalis and pharmacokinetic had good linearity, precision, stability, reproducibility and recoveries, which were up to standard, there are some content differences among all these drugs.2. Fingerprint:adopt the HPLC method, to establish fingerprint of Magnolia officinalis and pharmacokinetic, initially establish the identification method of Magnolia officinalis and pharmacokinetic from different sources or differip, precision, stability and freeze-thaw frequency of visits are comply ent processing.3. Pharmacokinetics:The DAS2.0 software processing, the indicator components of Magnolia officinalis and pharmacokinetic in rat plasma curcumol in 0.066~16.9μg·mL-1,0.0980~25.1010μg·mL-1 showed a good range of linear relationshwith the relevant requirements.Conclusions:Magnolia through the full standardization of traditional Chinese medicine study to determine the components of Magnolia officinalis and more quality indicators measured, and improved the drug's quality standards, understanding of medicine Magnolia metabolism in rats and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine further Magnolia research and development to provide reference.
