The Clinical Study Of Kunning Huoxue Soup In Treating Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and explore the hemostasis principle of KunningHuoxue soup in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with blood stasis syndrome. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases of the treatment group using KunningHuoxue soup while 30 cases of the control group using GuizhiFuling capsule. The hemostatic effect, the improvements of clinical symptoms and prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), the Endometrial thickness in change. Results:The clinical total efficiency is 90% in treatment group, and 66.67% in control group, there is significant difference between them(P<0.05); The improvements of clinical symptoms and symptom integra are difference between them(P<0.05).The contents of Endometrial thickness was less than before treatment, meanwhile, the shorting of PT and APTT in treatment group are significant difference between pretreatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).The difference is significant compared with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The hemostatic effect of KunningHuoxue soup in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with blood stasis syndrome was obvious. The effect may be achieved through improvement of microcirculation, enhance immune function; improve uterine local micro- environment, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and other relevant factors.
