| Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Blood Stasis Syndrome and FGF-23 in Hemodialysis Patients. It can provide a theoretical basis for the use of Huoxuehuayu law in delaying the process of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, and clues in help finding a new way to know the extent of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy.Methods:66 patient cases of Hemodialysis were included. Dividing the cases into LVH group and non-LVH group according to the LVMI. valuing the blood stasis of 66 cases and detecting the Serum FGF-23 of them, then Comparing of the blood stasis and the Serum FGF-23 of the two groups, and analyzing the relationship between the degree of LVH with Blood Stasis Syndrome and Serum FGF-23 in all LVH group cases.Results:1. There had a sharp distinction on Blood pressure Volume change and Hb between LVH group and non- LVH group, the correlation between Blood pressure and LVH r=0.701,while Hb and LVH r=-0.699. 2.LVH group group 43 cases, the average score of blood stasis was 23.37+14.06 (cover from 3 to 58), non-LVH group 23 cases, the average score of blood stasis was 10.04±8.126 (cover from 0 to 28), the scores of LVH group were significantly higher than those of non- LVH group (P<0.01).3. LVH group 43 cases, the average concentration of Serum FGF-23 was 1307.1±1515.4 pg/ml, non- LVH group 23 cases, the average concentration of Serum FGF-23 was451.1±518.4 pg/ml, the concentration of Serum FGF-23 of LVH group were significantly higher than those of non-LVH group (P<0.01).4. There was a positive correlation between the degree of LVH and their score of blood stasis in 43 cases of LVH group (P<0.01).5. There was a positive correlation between the the degree of LVH and their Serum FGF-23 in 43 cases of LVH group (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. There was a positive correlation between LVH and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Hemodialysis Patients. It prompted that blood stasis may be one of the risk factors of LVH in Hemodialysis Patients.2. There was a positive correlation between the degree of LVH and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Hemodialysis Patients. It prompted that LVH may be a Pathological basis of Blood Stasis Syndrome and the state of blood stasis may be accelerate the process of LVH.3. Blood pressure and Hb is correlation link to LVH, besides,There was a positive correlation between the degree of LVH and the Concentration of Serum FGF-23 in Hemodialysis Patients. It prompted that FGF-23 may be paly a role in the happening and developing of LVH. |
