| The lower limb chronic ulcer is a common and frequently-occurring disease, because ulcer cannot be cured for a long time, it influences people's life and work seriously. There are many treatments,but the effect is different, among them SHENG JI YU HONG Ointment is widely used,it's main ingredients are Licorice, dahurica, angelica, lithospermum,white wax, dragon's blood, and calomel.we remove calomel and white wax,then loaded it on modified gelatin sponges to treat the lower limb chronic ulcer,we find the effect is definite.The effect of treating in chronic leg ulcers will be discussed in the article.Objective:To evaluate the effects of SHENG JI YU HONG gelatin sponges on the clinical effect of chronic leg ulcers.Methods:All cases of the chronic leg ulcers patients were randomly divided into two groups, There were thirty-two cases as SHENG JI YU HONG herbs loading on modified gelatin sponges in treatment group and thirty-two cases as coptis ointment in control group. To observe the wound healing time,the color of the wound,the extravasate of the wound,new granulation tissue and new epithelial tissue.Results:Compared Two groups of curative effect,there is a statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), The therapeutic effect of experimental group was definitely higher than control.Conclusion:SHENG JI YU HONG gelatin sponge can reduce exudate,promote granulation and epithelial tissue growth, shorten the wound healing time, promote the lower limb ulcer healing. |
