First, Researching and analysising the pathogenesis from the motherland medicine, modern medicine and Chinese medicine's diagnosis and treatment methods of the CAG.CAG is attributed to the motherland medicine, "Pi man", the view that the disease occurred with any feelings of evils, improper diet (clean), emotional disorders which cause the negative air-focus, stomach down dereliction. Modern medicine aribute CAG to the gastric epithelial glands atrophy, mucosal thinning, associated with mucosal thickening and muscular intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia characterized by a common digestive disease,and it's one of the precancerous gastric disease (state). Therefore, people expect from the field of Chinese medicine to seek a breakthrough. There are many ways to treatment the CAG in Chinese madeicine, much of them from the syndrome type of treatment, doctors treating post-party, integrative medicine, acupuncture and other aspects to treate. The 24 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Weiwei III keli intervention group and teprenone intervention group, n= 6, adaptive feeding 4 days before the experiment, the normal group and model group for free diet, Weiwei III keli and teprenone group were teprenone the stomach wilt the concentration of 239.5mg/ml and 1.6mg/ml suspension particles of the irrigation teprenone 2ml suspension stomach, after 7 days,not give them food 24h,and then giving 60%ethanol lml/lOOg to each of rats, after lh, killing all of the rats.
