| Objective:We do this clinical research to observe the curative effect of Qiang gu yi shen keli on renal osteodystrophyMethods:60patients with renal osteodystrophy were divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was treated with the methods of Qiang gu yi shen keli,the control group treated with complicated therapeutic plan only,the observation period was8weeks,and we delected the levels of serum parathyroid hormone,and bone-specific awkaline phosphatase before and after the treatment,the changes of TCM symptomatology were reviewed by using scoring methodsResults:in the clinical results:the levels of serum parathyroid hormone,and bone-specific awkaline phosphatase decreased significantly in the treatment group and in the control group; in Chinese symptoms:the treatment group made a significant improvement,compared the before treatment with after treatment,the other group did not made a significant improvement,compared the before treatment with after treatment, the treatment group is better than the control group; in the total effect:the treatment group is83.3%,better than the control group56.6%.Conclusion:1. Qiang gu yi shen keli has good curative effect on ROD,which can reduce hyperparathyroidism and treat metabolic bone disease in ROD patients.2. Qiang gu yi shen keli can improve the abnormal of Ca、P in blood serum.3. in the total effect:the treatment group is better than the control group, in the future, we can join the treaditional medicine treatment and morden medical treatment together to make patients living better. |
