Objective:Aiming to explore the etiologies, physiologic, clinical feature, marginality of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and the continuous renal replacemerit therapy to MODS patients treatment function. Methods:A retrospective analysis of breathing 35 RICU patients who were cured by affiliated hospital of Yanbian University from January 2006 to December 2010.18 of the 35 ARDS Patients were male,17 of them were female. The average age 50.31±18.97 years old. Are also accord with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome diagnostic criteria. All patients were continuous electrocardiographic (ecg) monitoring, mean arterial pressure, and heart rate monitor center enous pressure; The right (or left) of femoral vein or the right neck venipuncture catheter, use Prismaflex CRRT machine and CRRT machine line CVVH mode Aquarius instrument treatment. Ultrafiltration quantity according to round-the-clock treatment quantity and physiological requirements set. Treatment, including CRRT outside except the original disease process and vital organs or system function maintenance or support. Data collection include heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), central venous pressure (CVP),PH, arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2), arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2). oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2); blood count, CRP and blood biochemical changes, at the time points of Oh,12h,24hand 36h.Results:1. The pathogenic factors MODS drug intoxications in 11.43%20% and pneumonia accounted for.2.Only heart rate was significantly decreased in hemodynamics indexes (P<0.05), other indexes were not significantly changed.3. There were statistical increase in PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 from 12h,24h,36h after the continuous renal replacemerit therapy(CRRT)(P<0.01), but the PH and PaCO2 was about the same before the treatment (P>0.05).4. Compared with the CRRT Oh, BUN and CREA levels decreased significantly, and maintained at a stable level (P<0.01).5. Before and after CRRT, there were no significant difference in WBC,PLT and NEUT of Blood Routine (P>0.05). There were significantly decreased at the time points 12h,24h,36h after CRRT compared with CRRT Oh(P<0.05) Conclusion:1. Lung and heart are the most affected organs in MODS.2. The major risk factors about MODS were drug poisoning and pneumonia.3. CRRT may improve respiratory function and reduce inflammation reaction in MODS patients...
