The Clinical Observation Of ShenqiDihuang Decoction Combied With Shengmai Powder On Heart-Kindey Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder on heart-kindey qi and yin deficiency syndrome of chronic renal failure,so as to provide clinical evidence for detailed study of differentiation and treatment of qi and yin deficiency syndrome of chronic renal failure.Methods:During March 2010 to October 2010,we recruited 26 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria in outpatient clinic of nephrology in XiYuan hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were assigned to the treatment group; in the meantime,29 cases of patients which were recruited in outpatient clinic of nephrology of Peking University Third Hospital were assigned to the control group. Patients in the control group were given basic treatment of west medicine, while the treatment group were given Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder as well as necessary basic treatment of west medicine. The total treatment period was 6 months. then observing the difference of syndrome scores of TCM, clinical symptoms and laboratory examinations between the two groups.Results:(1) Comparison of clinc effects:In the treatment group,10 cases had significant effect,7cases effective,6 cases stable,and 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.46%;while in the control group,5 cases had significant effect,7 cases effective,9 cases stable,and 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.46%.After statistical analysis, difference between the 2 groups was significant(p<0.05).(2) Comparison of syndrome scores of TCM:compared to scores before treatment, after treatment the syndrome scores of TCM in both groups had statistical difference(p<0.05);compared between the two groups, the syndrome scores of TCM after treatment also had statistical difference(p<0.05). (3) Comparison of main symptoms:After treatment, as to the symptoms of palpitation, lumbar debility and feeble, there was statistical difference before and after treatment (p<0.05),while there was no statistical difference between the two groups (p>0.05); as to the symptom of spontaneous sweating, compared with before and after treatment, there was statistical difference in the treatment group(p<0.05), while had no statistical difference in the control group(p>0.05); compared between the two groups.there was statistical difference (p<0.05).(4) Comparison of renal function:After treatment, creatinine level in the treatment group slightly decreased, but had no statistical difference compared to treatment before;while Ccr increased with statistical difference compared to treatment before. And neither of creatinine level and Ccr of the control group had statistical difference compared to treatment before. And compared the creatinine and Ccr between the two groups,there was also no statistical difference. However, the difference of creatinine and Ccr levels had statistical significance compared between the two groups(p<0.05).(5) Comparison of hemoglobin:Both had statistical defference when compared before(p<0.05) and after treatment had no statistical significance compared between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:The clinic effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder on qi and yin deficiency syndrome of chronic renal failure was superior to the control group. And the treatment group was better than the control group in decreasing the syndrome scores, curing spontaneous sweating, increasing the glomerular filtration rate and hemoglobin level. While they had the same effect on improving the symptoms of palpitation, lumbar debility and feeble.
