The Curative Effect Observation Of Shengmai Lingui Jiuxin Decoction In Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

ObjectiveThis study is to observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Shengmai Lingui Jiuxin decoction made by professor Huang Chunlin in the treatment of chronic heart failure.The chronic heart failure patients in traditional Chinese medicine are both heart and spleen deficiency,phlegm and stasis obstructive pulmonary type.MethodsIn the non-randomized controlled trial,60 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into treatment group and control group.The questionnaire was completed before and 2 weeks after the treatment,including 6 minute walking test,Minnesota quality of life score for heart failure,TCM syndrome quantitative observation table.The treatment group took western medicine routine treatment and the Shengmai Lingui Jiuxin decoction,and the control group took the routine western medicine treatment regimen.Results1.There was a significant difference between the two groups of 6-minute walking test before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment.2.Before and after treatment,the Minnesota quality of life score for heart failure were significantly different(P <0.05),and the difference after treatment is significant(P<0.05).3.TCM symptom integral evaluation: the treatment group and control group all can improve the chronic heart failure patients' symptom include shortness of breath,fatigue,less urine,swollen limbs,abdominal distension,cough and sputum,palpitations,chest tightness.There was no statistically significantdifference between the two groups except fatigue(P>0.05),namely,the two groups have similar clinical efficacy of such symptoms.However,in the treatment group,there was an advantage in fatigue,sweating,fear of cold,dry mouth,dry stool,poor appetite and poor sleep,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Two groups of treatment regimens could improve the patients' 6MWD results,and the treatment group was better than the control group.This indicates that the routine western medicine regimen combined with Shengmai Lingui Jiuxin decoction was better than pure western medicine regimen in improving the endurance effect of the patients with chronic heart failure in heart and spleen deficiency,phlegm and stasis obstructive pulmonary type.2.Both groups of treatment regimens reduced the score of MLHFQ,and the treatment group score decreased better than the control group.This shows that the routine western medicine regimen combined with Shengmai Lingui Jiuxin decoction was better than pure western medicine in improving the quality of life of patients with CHF in heart and spleen deficiency,phlegm and stasis obstructive pulmonary type.3.Both groups were able to improve the symptoms of shortness of breath,fatigue,less urine,swollen limbs,abdominal distension,cough and sputum,palpitations,chest tightness,etc.In addition,the treatment group had obvious advantages in improving patients' fatigue,sweating,fear of cold,dry mouth,dry stool,poor appetite and poor sleep.This suggests that the routine western medicine regimen combined with Shengmai Lingui Jiuxin decoction was better than pure western medicine in improving the TCM symptom of patients with chronic heart failure in heart and spleen deficiency,phlegm and stasis obstructive pulmonary type.The results of this study indicated that the routine western medicine regimen combined with Shengmai Lingui Jiuxin decoction was more effective than pure western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure in heart and spleen deficiency,phlegm and stasis obstructive pulmonary type.On the basis of western medicine treatment,it can obviously improve patients' exercise endurance,improve their symptoms,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy to be further popularized in clinic on the basis of syndrome differential accuracy.
