Clinical Study On The Pelvic Pain About Endometriosis With The Type Of Stagnation Of Vital Energy Of The Liver And Blood Stasis Treated By Muda Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of the Muda Decoction to in patients with the pelvic pain from Endometriosis (EM) with the type of stagnation of vital energy of the liver and blood stasis, and to compare with Dan'e fukang softextracts. To observe the improvement of dysmenorrhea and the quality of life. To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of the Muda Decoction,and to provide objective basis for TCM in treating EM.Method:All patients were selected by selection criteria.Then 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups with 30 in each:the treatment group was given Muda Decoction,the control group treated by Dan'e fukang softextracts.Recorded separately the scores of dysmenorrhea of two groups before treatment,and recorded them again after 1 and 3 months treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal, also the scores of the quality of life of two groups before and 3 months after treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal were recorded. All of them were culminated in statistical processing and analysis.Results:A total of 60 cases from selected two groups before treatment in age,duration, the level of dysmenorrhea,the scores of the quality of life were no significant differences(P>0.05).To compare with the results of the two groups in first treatment month, the comprehensive rate of dysmenorrhea was 83.33% in the treatment group and 90.0%in the control group.There was no signifcant effect between two groups(P>0.05). To compare with the results of the two groups in the third month after drug treatment, the comprehensive rate of dysmenorrhea was 96.67% in the treatment group and 96.67% in the control group (P>0.05). To compare with the results of the two groups in the third month after drug withdrawal, the comprehensive rate of dysmenorrhea was 83.33% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group (P>0.05),there was also no signifcant effect between two groups(P>0.05).The quality of life after three months treatment were both improved compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05),there was no signifcant effect between two groups(P>0.05). In the third month after drug withdrawal,the level of the quality of life were also both superious to pre-treatmen(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group,there was a significant advantage(P<0.05). The effectiveness of the treatment group after three mongths drug withdrawal was in accordance with that of the thirth mongth treatment,and the control group was lower than that in the third mongth treatment.To compare with eight factors containing to SF-36, the pelvic pain about Endometriosis with the type of Stagnation of vital energy of the liver and blood stasis especially influenced BP(body pain) and mental health. BP and mental health after three months treatment were both improved compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05),there were no signifcant effect between two groups(P>0.05). In the third month after drug withdrawal,they were also both superious to pre-treatmen(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group,there were significant advantage(P<0.05). The effectiveness of the treatment group after three mongths drug withdrawal were in accord with it's the thirth mongth treatment,and the control group were lower than itself that the thirth mongth treatment.To compare with the scores of the two groups that dysmenorrhea and the quality of life both before and three months after drug withdrawal were linear relation(P<0.05), and there were negative correlation,which explained that the level of dysmenorrhea affected the quality of patients' lives, and the more the scores of dysmenorrheal,the lower the level of life.Conclusion1:1. Muda Decoction can significantly improve the symptom of the pelvic pain about Endometriosis (EM) with the type of stagnation of vital energy of the liver and blood stasis, its clinical effectiveness in accord with Dan'e fukang softextracts, and has no obvious adverse reactions.2.Muda Decoction can improve the quality of life, especially BP(body pain) and mental health. The short-term effectiveness is in accord with Dan'e fukang softextracts, and the forward effectiveness is more stable and lasting.3.The dialectical application of Muda Decoction to treat the pelvic pain about Endometriosis (EM) with the type of stagnation of vital energy of the liver and blood stasis has a good short-term effectiveness, and the more stable and lasting forward effectiveness.It adequately incarnate the Chinese Medicine superiority,and can be spread and exploitation.
