The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Balanced Anesthesia For Hemorrhoids

Objective:Through the clinical observation mixed hemorrhoid in the operation, the needle medicine combining anesthesia and drug anesthesia, two different ways of anesthesia anaesthetic effect, intraoperative analgesia toxic reaction and the postoperative complications, trying to find the disadvantages of both points, and differences, evaluation needle medicine combining anesthesia in the clinical application of mixed hemorrhoid surgery for value, so in practice improvement, to provide the scientific basis for clinical promotion.Methods:Choose 30 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into needle medicine combining,15 cases and drug narcotic groups narcotic groups 15 cases. Needle medicine combining anesthesia by di pipe hole injection of 1% lidocaine 5ml,while 5ml infusing chang qiang point, while cupping acupuncture yao shu and chang qiang point after 20 min, anal relaxation and then we add a 1% lidocaine 5ml anus week blockage line in local invasion anesthesia. Drug anesthesia by di pipe hole injection of 1% lidocaine 20ml, anal flabby 5ml after and then add a 1% lidocaine in perianal blockage do local invasion anesthesia. Compare two sets of anesthesia intraoperatie occur efficiently and toxicity, postoperative the urinary system and sports system influences.Results:Two groups of narcotic analgesic effect no obvious difference, all of the 100% (P >0.05), but intraoperative, postoperative the incidence of aderse eents needle medicine combining anesthesia group compared with drug anesthesia group are statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the needle medicine combining anesthesia group obviously less than drug anesthesia group.Conclusion:Needle medicine combining anesthesia in anus bowel division operation narcotic effects affirmation, the postoperative complications occurred less, suitable for clinical application and research further.
