| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical security and validity of shufengxuanfei method in post-infectious cough and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60patients are divided into two groups at random.30 patients in TCM group are treated with Shufeng Xuanfei soup.30 Patients in control group were treated with Robitussin(Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide,Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Pseudoe phedrine hydiochloride Solution).Treatment for 7 days,The Related items were measured before and after the treatment.Results:There is no significant difference in the gender,age,disease duration, symptoms, signs, etc of 60 patients in two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The total effect of the treatment efficiency of observation group is 90%,It's significantly better than the control group 76.67%(P<0.05).The average time of onset of observation group is3.27±1.172days,and it's faster than the control group(P=0.011<0.05).Conclusion:The shufeng xuanfei method is an effective medicament of treating postinfectious cough.Which can moderate the clinical symptoms, delay the progress of the disease and enhance immunity. |
