The Clinical Research Of Shufengtoubiao Qingxuanjiere Method In Treating Acute Viral Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (The Wind Cold Dampness And Heat Retention Syndrome)

Objective:Through the research about the treatment of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection(the wind cold dampness and heat retention syndrome),by expelling wind,relieving exterior syndrome and abatement of fever,discuss the regularment of treating the acute viral upper respiratory tract infection,evaluate its defervesce effect,summarize my tutor's clinical experience on the treatment of the acute viral upper respiratory tract infection.It is aimed to investigate the efficient anti-virus chinese herba preparation for pre-research work.Methods:The acute viral upper respiratory tract infection patiet as the object of this observation,collecting its four diagnostic information,according to TCM syndrome differentiation standard,analyse its type certificate type distribution rule.randomly select 40 cases which meet the diagnostics criteria,divided into treatment group 20 cases(use expelling wind,relieving exterior syndrome and abatement of fever treatment) and the control group 20 cases(with Bufferin Cold).Follow-up 3 days,Comparing the two groups the curative effect of treatment of this disease syndrome,results after statistics processing.Result:(1) Type distribution result:collected 200 cases of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection,50 cases are syndrome of superficies tightened by windcold,59 cases are syndrome of wind-cold invading exterior,15 cases are summer-heat and damp invading exterior,49 cases are the wind cold dampness and heat retention certificate,18 cases are frail cold,9 cases are others.(2) Evaluation of clinical efficacy: for the treatment group,the time those temperature began cooling, temperature first drop to normal time and completely time are all shorter than the control group, but two groups of comparisons only the time temperature completely normal had a significant(P<0.05).The cure rate in treatment group and control group is 45%,20%, respectively, the total effective rate is all 100%, two groups of cure rate are not statistically significant comparative differences caused because of the small sample. Two groups have significant effects on feeling cold, head or body acid heavy pain and nasal obstruction, runny nose, etc.The treatment group in improving headache and sore limb, dry mouth and bitter aspects curative effect than in control group (P< 0.05). In clinical observation process, all patients have no particular adverse reactions.Conclusion:During clinic research,this method has a good therapeutic effect on acute viral upper respiratory tract infection(the wind cold dampness and heat retention syndrome).its cooling effect is smooth and gentle, not easy relapse,and it can significantly improve feeling cold, physical pain and other symptoms.
