| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection(Wind-Cold syndrome),in order to provide a clinical basis and treatment ideas for clinical Chinese medicine treatment of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection. Methods:This study was a randomized, controlled study. From January 2017 to January 2018,60 patients with respiratory disease outpatients in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 in each group. For example, the treatment group collected the information of the four clinics, and met the inclusion criteria of the patients with TCM syndrome differentiation oral Chinese medicine decoction. The control group was given oral oseltamivir phosphate capsules for 3 days.Observed changes in symptoms and body temperature before and after treatment and whether there were adverse reactions.Three routine routine, liver and kidney function,ECG and chest X-ray examination were performed before treatment to eliminate serious basic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney.Collect the patient’s name, age, gender, body temperature, and TCM symptoms, establish an EXCEL database, use SPSS22.0 software package for statistical analysis, and routinely detect adverse reaction indicators. Results: A total of 60 patients were enrolled in the study, including 39 males and 21 females. Most of the body temperature was between 37-38.9 °C,all of which were aversion to cold, fever, headache, limb aches, nasal congestion, sore throat, and cough.Thirsty,flustered.Clinical efficacy observation and evaluation results: The treatment group improved the degree of fever significantly, and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving aversion to cold, fever, limb soreness, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough and thirst. In the overall efficacy of the disease, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,the cure rate was 33.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the cure rate was 10%.Thestatistical significance was P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant. The cure rate and effective rate of the treatment of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection(Wind-Cold Syndrome)were better than those of oral oseltamivir capsules.Safety evaluation: In the clinical observation,no special adverse reactions were found in the two groups, and no significant abnormalities were found in the safety tests(three routine, liver and kidney function, and ECG)of the two groups. Conclusion:According to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation oral Chinese medicine treatment of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection(Wind-Cold Syndrome)is effective, can significantly improve clinical discomfort, such as aversion to cold, fever, headache, limb pain, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, mouth Thirsty, flowing, and so on.During the treatment of the two groups, while controlling other complications,no serious adverse events occurred within a short period of time, and the safety was good. |
