The Research About Yang Jing Capsule On The Secretory Function Of Rat Seminal Vesicle And The Mechanism

In improving the trend of low-dose group, no significant difference; mating was found, raising Capsules high dose group capture latency, capture times, ride times and other indicators related to sexual behavior compared with the control group had significant differences (P<0.01, P <0.05), raising the small dose group Capsule trend to improve sexual desire, with no significant difference between the control group; serologic test results show that raising Capsules high dose group can significantly increase serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) index, decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content (P<0.01, P<0. 05), to improve the trend of low-dose group, no significant difference; Yang Capsules each dose group for the serum testosterone is not significant, the control group and the control were not statistically different before and after administration; spermatheca histological section showed, raising Capsule normal treatment group compared to the more active proliferation, cell-level rise, clear cytoplasm rich, containing many secretory granules, fat droplets and lipofuscin, fuzzy edge of glandular cavity, cavity eosinophilic secretions than normal volume, change the high dose group was more significant.Conclusion:Yang Jing Capsule can improve the seminal vesicle secretion, increase seminal fluid, increased concentration of fructose, and enhance sexual function in rats, from the microscopic structure of the organizational structure to improve the seminal vesicles, but not through the hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular gonadal axis in the seminal vesicles and the more likely mechanism is directly on the seminal vesicles, to improve its secretory function, thereby enhancing sexual function in rats.
