| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Da Ming Yin United calcium dobesilate in the treatment of Nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods:Observed 36 patients with NPDR (67 eyes) were randomly divided into treatment group 17 patients (32 eyes) and control group 19 patients (35 eyes). Damien treatment group oral medicine and calcium dobesilate,in the control group was treated with calcium dobesilate. After 30 days Observed before and after taking visual acuity, fundus, fundus fluorescein angiography, blood and blood lipid changes.Results:(1)Comparison of visual:Before and after their treatment,the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) Comparison of fundus examination:The total effective rate was 94.7% in the control group, the total effective rate was 74.3%, after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). (3)Two Groups can improve blood rheology and lipid indicators before and after their treatment,they were statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions:Da Ming Yin United calcium dobesilate can improve blood rheology and blood lipids to improve the microcirculation of eyes, Combination therapy is superior to single-use efficacy of calcium dobesilateMechanism may improve the blood rheology and blood lipids, improve the retinal microcirculation, increase tolerance of retinal ischemia and hypoxia. |
