Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Nonproliferative Diabetic Retinopathy With Collaterals Stasis Resistance Syndrome By ZhiKang Capsule Combined With Calcium Dobesilate Capsules

Objective: Through the observation of the impact of Zhikang capsule combined with Calcium Dobesilate capsules treatment on the nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy with collaterals stasis resistance syndrome in vision,Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes,fundus,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),mean platelet volume(MPV),Neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),c-reactive protein(CRP).To study the efficacy and safety of NPDR,and provide theoretical support and practice basis for clinical medication use guiding.Methods: 1.This paper collected inpatients with diabetic metabolic disease ward in Lanzhou Military Hospital,from January 2016 to December 2016 and then selected 60 cases,which met qualifying criteria for NPDR.2.According to randomized and controlled method,60 patients were divided into observation group(30 patients,60 eyes)and control group(30 cases,60 eyes).All groups were treated with basic therapy(control blood glucose and blood pressure).The control group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate capsules(Oral 0.5g 2 times/day).The observation group was treated with Zhikang Capsule(oral 0.6g 3 times/day)combined with Calcium Dobesilate capsules(Oral 0.5g 2 times/day).3.The treatment cycle was 2 courses(60 days).The efficacy and safety were confirmed according to the changes of visual acuity,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndromes,fundus,TG,TC,MPV,NLR,CRP and three routine examinations(blood,urine,stool),liver function and kidney function.Results: 5 cases were lost in the observation group,and 4 cases were dropped out in the control group.51 cases were included in statistical analysis,including 25 cases(50eyes)in the observation group and 26 cases(52 eyes)in the control group.As a result,1.Compared with the pretherapy group,the visual acuities of the two groups were improved(P<0.05).TCM symptoms in two groups were relieved significantly.The serum MPV,NLR and CRP levels were significantly decreased compared with pretherapy group(P<0.05).The serum TG and TC in Zhikang Capsule group were significantly lower than those in pretherapy group(P<0.05),while no significantly difference were found in the control group(P>0.05).2.After the Zhikang Capsule treatment,the visual acuity of theobservation group was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the serum MPV,NLR,CRP,TG,TC were significantly decreased(P<0.05)compared wit the control group.Besides,the dry eyes and blurred vision symptoms in observation group were significntgly relieved compared wit the control group.3.For the clinical efficacy comparison after the treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 88.00% and the control group was 61.54%,which had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.There no obvious abnormalities in three routine test,liver function and renal function were found both in observation group and control group.Conclusion: 1.Zhikang capsule effectively reduces the retinal exudation and bleeding,inhibits the inflammation,and decreases the levels of blood lipids of the patients.2.The treatment of Zhikang capsule combined with Calcium Dobesilate capsules has effective curative effects on the 3-4 stage of NPDR,and there no obvious side effects are found.It can be widely used for NPDR with collaterals stasis resistance syndrome treatment.
