Clinical Observation Of Shenqihuwang Decoction Combined With Calcium Dobesilate Capsules In The Treatment Of Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Huwang decoction combined with calcium Dobsilate capsules in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods : From April 2020 to March 2021,the patients were diagnosed as Qi-yin deficiency,collaterals and blood stasis,Diabetic retinopathy(Non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,)in mild to moderate non-proliferative phase NPDR)40 patients(65 eyes) were studied,According to the order of visits and random numbers,Divided into treatment group 20 cases(33 eyes),control group 20 cases(32 eyes),The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsule,The treatment group was treated with Shenqi Huwang decoction on the basis of the control group.The total adverse reaction rate,glycosylated hemoglobin,TCM clinical symptom score,best corrected visual acuity(Best corrected visual acuity,BCVA),macular fovea thickness(Central macular thickness,CMT),fundus microangiopathy were observed.The difference between the two groups was compared by statistical and statistical analysis.Results :1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 62.5% in the control group and 84.8% in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the two groups after 1 month BCVA?treatment(P>0.05).3 months after treatment,the control group glycosylated hemoglobin,BCVA?CMT compared with the previous,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the effective rate of fundus microangiopathy was69.7%,the clinical syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the treatment group between glycosylated hemoglobin and BCVA?CMT? TCM symptom score(P<0.05),and the effective rate of fundus microangiopathy was 78.7%.3.The effective rate of glycosylated hemoglobin and fundus microangiopathy in the two groups was significantly improved after 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was significant difference BCVA?CMT? TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion : The results of this study showed that the treatment of mild and moderate non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy with Shenqi Huwang decoction and calcium Dobesilate Capsules can significantly improve the patient's blood sugar situation and reduce Glycosylated Hemoglobincan,improve the visual acuity,promote the absorption of fundus microangiopathy,reduce the thickness of macular fovea,reduce macular edema,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the quality of optometry.
