| Objective:to discuss the efficient and safety of Zidianshengyu Pulvis on treating Chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with type of blood-stasis obstructing in the interior.Methods:60 cases of patients with CITP from November 2009 to December 2010 were selected and divided into two groups,and treated with Zidianshengyu Pulvis and prednisone respectively for 6 month.The curative effect,chinese medical syndromes,blood platelet, the proportion of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tr cell and side effect were observed. Moreover,all of above were compared between treatment and control group.Results:the total effective rate of Zidianshengyu Pulvis treating CITP with type of blood-stasis obstructing in the interior was 73.33% while Chinese medical syndromes improvement rate was 93.33%.and the showed that the rate of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tr cell and blood platelet were significantly enhanced compared to treatment before(P<0.05). But the total efficiency of two groups have no significant difference.Zidianshengyu Pulvis treating ITP made better to the treatmentgroup than the control group about Chinese medical syndromes, side effect. Furthermore, the treatment group has the lower recurrent rate.Conclusion:Zidianshengyu Pulvis is effective in treating Chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with type of blood-stasis obstructing in the interior,and it has characters as wide safety scope and good security utilities.
