PART ONE : The relationship of the mode of the contrast-enhanced ultrasound and angiogenesis of the hepatic malignant tumor.Objective : the relationship of The mode of Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) and the angiogensis of the hepatic malignant tumor.Method:View the mode of the contrast-enhanced ultrasound of the 103 cases hepatic malignant tumor and compare with the color Doppler , Analyse the display capability of the blood vessel of the malignant tumor of hepatic ,and evaluate the capability of detecting the arteriovenous fistula of the hepatic malignant tumor.Results:the blood grading of Color doppler ultrasound and the size of the tumor have statistical significance with the blooding grading of the CEUS.and the boundary of the tumor and the Differentiation degree have no statistical significance with the blooding grading of the CEUS. The contrast-enhanced ultrasound can detect the arteriovenous fistula of the malignant tumor of the hepatic.Conclusion:The contrast-enhanced ultrasound can efficiently evaluate the angiogenesis of the malignant tumor of hepatic ,The contrast-enhanced ultrasound can detect big arteriovenous fistula of the malignant tumor of the hepatic,and the mode of the CEUS can reflect the exist of the arteriovenous fistula of the malignant tumor. PART TWO: The application of the quantitative analysis of the contrast-enhanced ultrasound in hepatic tumorsObjective : To evaluate the application of the quantitative analysis the contrst-enhanced ultrasound in hepatic tumors.Method :Analyse the time-intensity curve of the image of the contrast - enhanced ultrasound of the 112 patients in tongji hospital between 2008.1-2010.11.record the the product of A(amplitude of peak intensity),The ascending slope of the curve(β)and A·β. compare the difference of the malignant tumor and the benign leisions , and use the ROC curve to come to the appropriate value to differentiate the malignant tumor and the benign leisions.Resuolt:The amplitude of peak intensity (A)have no clinical diagnosed value to characterization,the D-value of the of the center and the surrounding intensity have statistical significance to distinguish the liver cancer and the hemangioma. 1.49(β),28.91(A·β),3.92db(the D value of the peak and the intensity the sonoVue descent),5.72db(D-value of the of the center and the surrounding intensity)have statistical significance.Conclusions: The acoustic quantified parameters in TIC of CEUS have diagnosed value to characterization, 1.49(β),28.91(A·β),3.92db(the D value of the peak and the intensity the sonoVue descent),5.72db(D-value of the of the center and the surrounding intensity)have diagnosed value to characterization.
