Objective: To regularly monitor the intrahepatic hemodynamic changes after TIPS in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertention using contrast-enhanced ultrasound, this paper discusses the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound quantitative assessment for short-time effects on the patients with cirrhotic portal hypertention after TIPS.Methods: From November 2017 to December2019,16 patients were received transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)in our hospital as the diagnosis of cirrhotic portal hypertention. The equipment used in the study was TOSHIBA Aplio 500 system with contrast-enhanced ultrasound software package. All the patients underwent 3 times contrast-enhanced ultrasonography after the operation within 1 year, firstly observed size and anatomical shape change of the liver and spleen, and the position of the shunt, observe the blood flow direction of portal vein and hepatic vein, observe the contrast agent perfusion of hepatic artery, portal vein and hepatic vein, the enrolled patients were those who had patency of stents and normal perfusion order of intrahepatic angiography, rendering time-intensity curve, recording hepatic artery arrival time(HAAT),portal vein arrival time(PVAT),hepatic vein arrival time(HVAT),calculating hepatic artery to hepatic vein transit time(HAVTT)and portal vein to hepatic vein transit time(PV-HVTT).First,compare the parameters of each patient after TIPS respectively. Then all data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 25.0.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters were analyzed by anova of repeated univariate measurements. Results: There is a significant changement of HAVTT after the operation,it is getting long along the time(P<0.05).There is no significant changement of HAAT,PVAT,HVAT and PV-HVTT after the operation(P>0.05).Conclusion: CEUS quantitative parameters(HAVTT)can better evaluate the changes of intrahepatic hemodynamics after TIPS in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertention.CEUS provides a new method for assessment for short-time effects on the patients with cirrhotic portal hypertention after TIPS.
