To research the differences in functional recovery of stroke patients with different brain damage, whose accept a comprehensive exercise therapy based rehabilitation training. The article can provide some basis for the future rehabilitation. We progress different times motor function and activities of daily living assessment to stroke patients with different brain damage. To compare the difference of Fugl-Meyer motor function score,Barthel index among three groups between before and after rehabilitation training. To Analyz and compare the differences in functional recovery of stroke patients with different brain damage. Methods as follow,Patients that were collected were divided into three groups according to injury site. All patients received uniform rehabilitation training. We did twice evaluation according to Fugl-Meyer motor function score sheet and Barthel Index Table.Once was the time of admission, once was the time of in hospital. Then we have compared each group difference between the FMA,BI before training and the FMA,BI after training, and the change of the FMA,BI before and after training among three groups. The results show,The basal ganglia group, the basal ganglia concurrent lobes group and the basal ganglia concurrent pons group, the FMA value each group before training and after training is a significant difference (P=0.000< 0.01),after training, each group'FMA is increased in varying degrees. The basal ganglia group, the basal ganglia concurrent lobes group and the basal ganglia concurrent pons group, the BI value each group before training and after training is a very significant differences (P=0.000<0.01), after training, each group'BI is increased in varying degrees. Among three groups, the FMA difference before and after training (F=0.452, P=0.640> 0.05), Non-significance difference, the BI index difference is significant by compareing (F=3.575, P=0.040< 0.05).The comparison the BI index difference before and after training among three groups, as follow, the difference between the basal ganglia group and the basal ganglia concurrent lobes group is not statistically significent (P=0.798> 0.05); the difference between the basal ganglia concurrent pons group and the basal ganglia group has statistically significance (P=0.019< 0.05);the difference between the basal ganglia concurrent pons group and the basal ganglia concurrent lobes group has statistically significance (P=0.029< 0.05). (in alpha= 0.05 for standard)Conclusion as follow:1. Upper and lower limbs motor function, activities of daily living (ADL) stroke patients with different brain damage were improved by rehabilitation training. Therefore, rehabilitation training has a good effect on stroke patients with different brain damage.2. The basal ganglia group, the basal ganglia concurrent lobes group and the basal ganglia concurrent pons group, lower limb movement function (FMA),activities of daily living (ADL) were increased after rehabilitation training, but the FMA differences is not significant,ADL difference is significant among three groups.3. The basal ganglia group, the basal ganglia concurrent lobes group, their recovery degree of activities of daily living (ADL) is Similar,no difference after the same time, but the basal ganglia concurrent pons group's effect is poorer, the first two groups are obviously better than the latter.
