| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture twisting manipulation for hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke and provide clinical evidence for scalp acupuncture treatment of this disease.Methods: 120 patients were divided into the trial group(western medicine treatment combined with scalp acupuncture twisting manipulation)and the control group(western medicine treatment)adopting layering randomized method,each group of 60 cases.Antiplatelet aggregation(aspirin 100 mg po qd),neurotrophy(ganglioside 100 mg ivgtt qd),improve microcirculation(Shuxuetong 6ml ivgtt qd)radical scavenging(edaravone 30 mg ivgtt bid)and routine treatment of neurological medication were given to the control group,each time per day,and 14 days in total.Based on the treatment in control group,the trial group accepted twisting technique to puncture 1 needle on the 1/5,2/5,under 2/5 of the bilateral MS6 in sequence,1 time per 9 minutes,1 minute each time,3 times in total,each time per day,retaining for 30 minutes each time,and 6 days one week,one day for rest,and 14 days of treatment in total.The NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Barthel Index(BI)and Grading of muscular tension in nervous system were used to evaluate the efficacy of two groups of patients at 2 time points: before treatment,treatment for 14 days.In the trial group,manual muscle test(MMT)was used to immediately evaluate the improvement of proximal limb muscle strength before and after acupuncture on the first day of the experiment to observe the immediate effect of scalp acupuncture.Results:(1)NIHSS score of the two groups of patients before and after treatmentAfter treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly decreased(both P<0.05),and the NIHSS score of the trial group was lower than that of the control group evidently(P<0.05).(2)FMA score of the two groups of patients before and after treatmentAfter treatment,the FMA score of the two groups were significantly increased(both P<0.05),and the NIHSS score of the trial group was higher than that of the control group evidently(P<0.05).(3)BI score of the two groups of patients before and after treatmentAfter treatment,the BI score of the two groups were significantly increased(both P<0.05),and the BI score of the trial group was higher than that of the control group evidently(P<0.05).(4)Clinical efficacy of the two groupsThe total effective rate was 91.4% in the trial group and 70.2% in the control group,and the clinical effect of the trial group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)Muscle tension the two groups of patients before and after treatmentAfter treatment,muscle tension of upper and lower limbs was developed from low to high in control group and was developed from low to normal or from high to normal in trial group,and compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,compared muscle tension of upper and lower limbs of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Muscle force of the trial group before and after acupunctureImmediately after acupuncture,proximal muscle force of upper and lower limbs in the trial group was significantly increased(both P<0.05).The occurrence rate of immediate effect was 65.5% of the upper limb and was 69% of the lower limb.Conclusions:(1)Scalp acupuncture twisting manipulation can effectively improve the neurological deficit of patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke,enhance the motor function of the limbs and improve the activity of daily living.(2)Scalp acupuncture twisting manipulation has benign bidirectional regulation on the muscle tension of patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke,and can prevent the development of the disease from slow paralysis to spastic paralysis.(3)Scalp acupuncture twisting manipulation has obviously immediate effect on the muscle force of the patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke. |
