Objective To investigate the correlation analysis between the levels of low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and Carotid Atherescleros in patients with Ischemic Stroke, and explore their roles in the occurrence and development of Ischemic Stroke patients .Methods 54 patients and 38 healthy person from Suzhou Municipal Hospital were included in this study .Two groups were given carotid color Doppler examination. The level of hs-CRP and LDL-C was respectively detected by methods of imlnunodifusion turbidimet and methods of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Two groups were compared between Carotid Atherescleros and low-density lipoprotein and high sensitivity C-reactive protein .Results①The incidence rate of Carotid Atherescleros in patients with Ischemic Stroke was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).②The level of LDL-C and hs-CRP in patients with Ischemic Stroke was significantly higher than those in the control subjects.(P < 0.0 5, P < 0.0 5),③LDL-C and hs-CRP were correlative positively with Ischemic Stroke ( r = 0.46437,P < 0.05).Conclusions1,Ischemic Stroke occurrence is closely related with Carotid Atherescleros plaque。Significantly Unstable carotid plaque2,Combined detection of Carotid artery ultrasonograph and hs-CRP and LDL-C will estimate the occurrence of Carotid Atherescleros plaque, Significantly the occurrence of Ischemic Stroke.3,From imaging and biochemical parameters of patients with ischemic stroke on the efficacy of guiding significance.
