Prehypertension Syndromes Characterized Study

Of theses Cases, there is a part of crowds almost without any obvious clinical symptoms, return to no obvious symptoms class, approximately composes 36%; And in the other cases which can correspond the classification in other three types, the liver Yang hyperactivity class has the highest percentage, accounting for 28%; Followed by hand, accounted for 19%of Yin deficient positive high class; the proportion of the least is phlegm wet impedance type, which only has 10%. And there are a few cases because of the clinical symptoms not having the characteristic value, so not specific classification.Conclusion:This 125 Prehypertensive crowd can be roughly divided into four types, according to its clinical manifestation characteristic, divides into" liver Yang hyperactivity type", "Yin deficiency and positive high type", "phlegm wet interface resistance type "and "no obvious symptoms type". The main syndrome factor of Prehypertension includes yang excess, Yin deficiency, fire, and phlegm wet, and qi stagnation, blood stasis. The difference between the traditional hypertension pathogenesis and the Prehypertensive pathogenesis is that the Prehypertension mainly show the empirical moment, display merely as the Yin deficient pathogenesis.
