Clinical Analysis Of Low Nose Combinedwith Nostril Expose With Simple Andsynthetical Augmentation Rhinoplasty

Objective: To study and explore low nose combined with nostril expose with simple and synthetical augmentation rhinoplasty,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the different materials and operational methods.Methods: Retrospective analysis the 42 patients from our department with low nose and other different signs from March 2010to February 2011.Randomly divided into groups of simple and synthetical augmentation rhinoplasty ,every grope has 21 cases. synthetical augmentation rhinoplasty use transcolumella incision and marginal incision, applying appropriate amount auricular cartilage and septal cartilage to synthetical augmentation rhinoplasty with septal cartilage combined auricular cartilage,silicone rubber. Two groups were compared using statistical analysis of satisfaction, whether the infection, if exposed, and recovery time of implant.Results: All of the 42 cases accepted treatment of surgery. Patients who accepted synthetical augmentation rhinoplasty, 3 cases with light hemorrhage after operation, 5 cases with parsnasalis edema, 3 cases with edema and hemorrhage, 1 case with rhinobyon and edema, 2 cases with infection, all of these patients supportive treatments are followed. 21 cases received simple augmentation rhinoplasty. Prosthesis lead to ulceration of skin,and uncovered prosthesis in 9 cases, 4 cases are far from perfect after operation. After follow-up from 4 months to 1 year, using SPSS 17.0 analysis software, comprehensive line of low-nose rhinoplasty patients were significantly associated with improvement of the nose revealed the phenomenon, the phenomenon of phantom exposure, satisfaction, and recovery time and with simple nose job. There were significant differences in patients, and concurrent infection no significant difference.Conclusions: The selection of the different materials and operational methods for the patients with low nose must be flexible.For the patients who has low nose combined various defects(for example saddle nose),we should adopt synthetical augmentation rhinoplasty to treat them. Synthetical augmentation rhinoplasty largely resolved the operational complications of augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone,for example the shape of the nose after rhinoplasty stiff, uncovered prosthesis after operation.
