The Research Of Relationship Between Distant Metastasis And The Difference Of Expression Levels Of CD44V6, Integrinαvβ3, EGFR And E-cadherin In A549and Sk-OV-3Cell Lines

Objective: To investigate the expression levels of CD44v6, Integrinαvβ3, EGFR and E-cadherin in A549cell lines and SK-OV-3cell lines usingflowcytometry and to further analyze the relationship between the differencesof these molecules and distant metastasis in lung cancer and ovarian cancer.Methods: A549cell lines and SK-OV-3cell Lines were cultured toexponential period. The two cell lines were collected and adjusted to theconcentrations to suffice the requests of antibodies conducting flowcytometry.Expression levels of CD44v6, Integrinαvβ3, EGFR and E-cadherin in A549cell lines and SK-OV-3cell lines were detected. The SPSS19.0(Chineseversion) was used for statistical analysis. The differences of these moleculeswere compared using independent samples t test. P value less than0.05wasconsidered statically significant.Result: The positive rates of CD44v6in A549cell lines and SK-OV-3cell lines were (93.48±2.97)%and (82.73±4.28)%，respectively. Thepositive rates of integrinαvβ3in A549cell lines and SK-OV-3cell lines were（95.42±2.26）%and （83.60±1.26）%，respectively. The positive rates ofEGFR in A549cell lines and SK-OV-3cell lines were（94.30±3.43）%and（88.52±0.88）%，respectively. The positive rates of the aforementioned threemarkers were higher in A549cell lines than those in SK-OV-3cell lines（P＜0.01）. The positive rates of E-cadherin in A549cell lines and SK-OV-3cell lines were（94.52±1.59）%and （86.96±3.07）%，respectively，with statisticaldifference（P＜0.05）.Conclusions: The positive rates of CD44v6, integrinαvβ3and EGFRwhich all increase the risk of metastasis in A549cell lines are higher thanthose in SK-OV-3cell lines. The positive rate of E-cadherin which decreasesthe risk of metastasis in A549cell lines is also higher than that in SK-OV-3cell lines. Taken together, the results may suggest the part of reason why lungcancer has distant metastasis, especially brain metastasis more easily thanovarian cancer.
