Expression Of Integrinαvβ3 Subsuit And Its Clinical Significance In Gastric Carcinoma And Peritoneal Metastasis Tissue

Objective:To investigate the relationship of integrinαvβ3(CD51/61) subsuit expression and the clinical significance in gastric carcinoma and peritoneal metastasis tissue.Methods:24 gastric carcinoma fresh samples and 15 node of peritoneal metastasis were examined by flow cytometer(FCM),and meanwhile 24 safety limit tissues and 15 without peritoneal metastasis tissues were also studied as controls.Results:The quantitative expression of integrinαvβ3 subsuit in gastric carcinoma tissues(36.93±10.89)% was remarkably higher than those in safety limit tissue(s2.32±1.93)%.and there was statistical significance between their quantitative expression(p<0.001).In peritoneal,the quantitative expression of integrinαvβ3 subsuit in peritoneal metastasis group(23.13±6.88)% was stronger than that in non peritoneal metastasis group(6.39±4.19)%,and there was statistical significance between their quantitative expression(p<0.001).In safety limit tissues,the quantitative expression of integrinαvβ3 subsuit with invasion of the gastric serosa group(2.97±2.16)% was higher than without invasion of the gastric serosa group(1.41±1.13)%,and there was statistical significance between their quantitative expression(p<0.05).The quantitative expression of integrinαvβ3 subsuit with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis were ( 36.94±9.38 ) %,(36.01±15.86)% in gastric carcinoma tissues;and the quantitative expression of integrinαvβ3 subsuit with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis were(2.66±2.04)%,(1.26±1.16)% in safety limit tissues.There was not statistical significance between their quantitative expression(p>0.05).The integrinαvβ3 subsuit expression had no significant correlation with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,clinical classification,patient age and sex,but correlate with invasion of the gastric serosa.Conclusion:The change of integrinαvβ3 subsuit expression may be related to gastric carcinoma and peritoneal metastasis.Integrinαvβ3 may play a particular role in the multiplicative stage.
