Glaucoma, The Structure And Function Of The Correlation Analysis

Objective To investigate the relationship between structure and function in glaucoma.Methods 1.49 glaucomatous eyes(27 patients) were examined with OCT and SAP.We could get paramters of optic disc,such as DA,CA,RA,CV,RV,CDR,LCDR,DV,DH and parameter of visual field such as MD. To investigate the relationship between of them. 2.34 glaucomatous eyes(21 patients) were examined with OCT and SAP.The total rim was divided into 12 sectors,and the visual field was divided into 21 zones. To investigate the relationship between the sectors and zones.Results 1. CDR,CA,LCDR had the most close relationship with MD. 2.The early defect of visual field occurred at paracentral field.The damage of rim began with the inferior and superior.The visual field defect always caused the damage of RNFL in the opposite hemiretina.Conclusion The structure and function have close relationgship in glaucoma.The result is valuable in diagnosis of early glaucoma.
