Clinical Research Of Plasma Copeptin In The Early Diagnosis And Risk Stratifiction In Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To observe the influence of Tongxinluo capsule on plasma Ang-2 and 6-Keto-PGF1a levels of patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods 40 cases patients with metabolic syndrome was given routine therapy, which were randomly divided into two groups, control group (n=20) and therapeutic group (n=20), the therapeutic group was given routine therapy and Tongxinluo capsule 4 capsules,3 time a day, with a treatment course of 4 weeks. Pre-and post-treatments, the levels of Ang-2 and 6-keto-PGF1a was detected in two groups.Results In therapeutic group, plasma Ang-2 was obviously decreased than before treatment on the fourteenth day and twenty-eighth day, plasma 6-keto-PGF1a was obviously increased than before treatment on the fourteenth day and twenty-eighth day. There was significant difference between the above paraments and control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule could reduce the level of Ang-2 and enhance the level of 6-Keto-PGF1a of patients with metabolic syndrome, improve insulin resistance, so at last to improve the symptoms and prognosis of metabolic syndrome patients.
