Periploca forrestii Schltr belongs to the species of Asclepiadancae in Periploca Linn. It is mainly distributed in Southwest China. This plant can be used to promote expel wind-evil, blood circulation. This thesis made a systemic study on the components of Periploca forrestii Schlt.Five extracts of petroleum ether, chloroformethyl, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water were obtained from ethanolic extract of the stalk bark of Periploca forrestil Schltr. Petroleum ether extract were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method. CompoundⅠ~Ⅶwere isolated respectively from chroloform extract by column chromatography of silica gel, Sephadex-LH-20 and semi preparative chromatography. The compounds were identified by NMR, MS and the physiccoche- mical constants. The activities of chemical components were identified by cell morphology.Ninety six compound were analysed from petroleum ether extract by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method. Seven components were obtained from chroloform extract of Periploca forrestii Schlt. CompoundⅠ~Ⅵdoesn't have anti-tumor activity. CompoundⅦhas anti-tumor activity but it has strong cytotoxicity to cells of K562. |
