Study On The Chemical Constituents And Pharmacognosy Of Perploca Forrestii Schltr

This article investigate the pharmacognosy and the chemical constituents of Perploca forresstii Schltr which is the minority medicine using TLC chromatograph and HPLC fingerprint.In the pharamacognosy research ,it has gathered raw material from Si chuan as well as Gui zhou ,takes observation to its paraffin section and carries on chemical appraisal to its powder .Peroploca forrestii Schltr's microscopic feature: two law materials were collected from Sichuan and Gui zhou,observing transversely microstructure of root, stem and leaf epidermis. 1.leaf feature:â‘ the upper epidermis cell row,kind of aquare shape or rectangle ;the lower epidermis cell row,a kind of round ,is small and rare blowhole,â‘¡palisade tissue row,a kind of cylinder through the midrib, spongy tissue ,a kind of round,has some choloroplast,and its issue arrangement is loose;â‘¢collateral vasvder bundle phloem is under,its lateral has the fiber bundle of thin cell wall to surround.the xylem to the stem surface ,the vessel,a single row,radiated arranges 5-7rows;â‘£In main vein,both of its upper epidermisrow and lower epidermis row have 1-2 row collenchyma.2.root and stem's feature:â‘ cork layer is composed of 15-30 rowor the more rows of cork wall.its inside has cork cambium composed of 2-3 flat cell,more inside is phelloderm,which is composed of 4-9 row cell,and some of cell contains few starch granule,some of the cell contains few cystal of ca.ox.â‘¡there are some stone cell group in the phloem,and many starch granule in the cell ,few cell contains 1-2 prismatic crystal.Powder identification:crystal of ca.ox. is prismatic or square ,its length is 10-35um,single startch granule is trangle ,ellipse or arch. Its diameter is 3-16 um,the double starch granule is composed of 2-4 small particle.Stone cell is yellow,presented on the polygon or the square sharpe.its length is 16-51um.and thickness is 10-16um. The vessel are many bordered pit,minority are cobwebbing,and its length is 27-180um .Chemical method : Compounds which were extracted with alcohol ,was distributed by different solvent, separated and purified by silica column chromatography and thin-layer chromatography and find the best isolate metheod on TLC chromatography of chloroform extract and acetoacetate extract . And get three purified compounds ,Their structures were identified by spectral analyses.Establish HPLC fingerprint spectrum of Peroploca forrestii Schltr. Which could evaluate their chemical constituents and provide the quality control for the law material to some extent although the fingerprint of different law material from different area are not all the same but they have many commom peaks.
