[Purpose] The purpose of this study is a retrospective study of TIA patients with early stroke in possibility and defibrase of treatment efficacy, and for patients with TIA stroke prevention in accordance with TIA to reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.[Methods] We retrospectively enrolled patients with TIA who hospitalized in Kunming General Hospital and No.57Hospital of PLA from January1,2005to oct.31,2010.The patients with TIA receaived defibrase or anticoagulant therapy, and using the ABCD2score stratified the risk of the treatment of patients with TIA.Observed the incidence of stroke within seven days of the layers of the crowd TIA,and analysised the risk of recurrence in patients with TIA and stroke within the follow-up1year.[Results] A total of173patients with TIA were finally enrolled.93cases reveived defibrase treatment,81(87.06%)cases of patients after treatment, the attack in the3d and the3-7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened;while80cases reveived anticoagulant therapy.56cases of patients after treatment, the attack in the3d and the3~7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened, there is always accounted for70.00percent.Two groups with statistically Significance (P<0.05).Descending fiber treatment and anticoagulant treatment had statistically significant. But in ABCD2score of4to5, only the outcome was the attack in the3~7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened was significant effect only difference P<0.05, which had statistically significant. There were not statistically Significance (P>0.05) with defibrase treatment or anticoagulant therapy in patients with TIA group in the trespectively of one year follow-up results. There were also62patiernts with the Frequent TIA were enrolled.34cases reveived defibrase.treatment,29cases of patients after treatment. the attack in the3d and the3~7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened;and the rate was85.29%; while28cases reveived anticoagulant therapy,19cases of patients after treatment, the attack in the3d and the3~7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened;there is always accounted for67.86percent.But in ABCD2score of0to3,16cases reveived defibrase treatment,16cases of patients after treatment, the attack in the3d and the3~7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened;and the rate was100%; while12cases reveived anticoagulant therapy,9cases of patients after treatment, the attack in the3d and the3~7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened;there is always accounted for67.86percent.There were statistically Significance (P>0.05) between defibrase treatment and anticoagulant therapy in patients with TIA group and the attack in the3d and the3~7d had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened. There were not yet statistically Significance (P>0.05) with defibrase treatment or anticoagulant therapy in patients with the frequent TIA group in the trespectively of one year follow-up results.[Conclusions]1This study found that the patients with TIA of the low-risk group of the ABCD2score With very small risk of stroke within7days; while with the very high risk of stroke within7days of high-risk group regardless of defibrase or anticoagulant therapy.2there is defibrase treatment always more efficient than the anticoagulant therapy of intermediate risk group patients.3There were not statistically significance (P>0.05) with defibrase treatment or anticoagulant therapy in patients with the TIA group in the trespectively of one year follow-up results.4The risks of stroke of the the intermediate risk group and high-risk group of the patients with the frequent TIA are very high within7days. regardless of defibrase or anticoagulant therapy.5there is defibrase treatment always more efficient than the anticoagulant therapy of low-risk group patients with the frequent TIA.6There were not'yet statistically Significance (P>0.05) with defibrase treatment or anticoagulant therapy in patients with the frequent TIA group in the trespectively of one year follow-up results.7The unfrequent TIA patients is better than frequent TIA patients in the treatment of3-day-recovery, but The frequent TIA patients is better than unfrequent TIA patients in the treatment of3~7-day-recovery8The unfrequent TIA patients is better than frequent TIA patients in the recovery of that TIA was stop and no stroke in the trespectively of one year follow-up results. And the recovery and the risk of stroke of the frequent TIA patients were higher than the unfrequent TIA patients n the trespectively of one year follow-up results.9The defibrase treatment is not better than anticoagulant therapy in the7days had been in control or attack frequency to reduce or attack time is shortened.
