Purpose: To establish the chromatographic fingerprint, compare the chemicalconstituents of Ligustici Rhizoma with other two Umbelliferae herbs, determined the contentsof the main effective constituents, and establish the quality control method of LigusticiRhizoma.Method: To isolate the main chemical constituents of Ligustici Rhizoma using columnchromatographic technique comparing with HSCCC technique, establish the chromatographicfingerprint using HPLC and GC method, and determine the content of the main chemicalcomponents based on the chromatographic fingerprint, aim to distinguish the similarities anddifferences of three Umbelliferae herbs (RL, RC and RA).Result: Three Umbelliferae herbs (RL, RC and RA) have been classified at the first time.And the scientific method for quality control of Ligustici Rhizoma has been established.Conclusion: The developed method is simple, rapid, and accurate. It can be used as thequality assessment method for three Umbelliferae herbs (RL, RC and RA). |
