| Purpose: Through the clinical observation,we prove the validity and safety of Self-made JingQiFuZhengTongLuo Soup therapy for ischemic stroke recovery (blood stasis type).Method: All60cases patients of ischemic stroke recovery patients with blood stasis are randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group, XiaoShuanTongLuo Capsule is taken orally for the positive drug control drugs, Self-made JingQiFuZhengTongLuo Soup for treatment group, observe30patients in each group.All the patients are taken drugs for28days. Through clinical observation and by statistical analysis, we try to evaluate its validity and safety.Result:Among oberseved60patients, the fall of0case, eliminating of0case,60cases are statistical cases.General efficacy assessment:Total effectiveness of the treatment group is90.00%, excellent rate36.67%,53.33%with efficiency;the comparison group total effective-eness for86.67%, excellent rate33.33%, the sum of the both sides53.33%.After statistical analysis, treatment group has no significant difference compared with control group in treatm-ent effect (P>0.05).However, in neurologic deficit scale and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome treatment group is better than control group. Safety Evaluation:There has no any adadverse events in two groups.Conclusion: After analyzing the usefulness, safety index of30treatment group, the results showed that Self-made JingQiFuZhengTongLuo Soup not only can benefite vital energy, activate blood circulation in improving syndromes of patients, but have lillte side effect.lt proves that this treatment for ischemic stroke recovery is effective and safe exactly and it maybe play important use in Chinese Medicine in the future. |
