Novels in the Six Dynasties is a significant period in the formation of Chinese classical novel. As one of the masterpieces of the ghost novels in the Six Dynasties, Soushenji has its unique value. Narration is one of the basic features of this type of literature, it has also reflected in Soushenji. This article will analysis the narration from the narrative angle, and explore the narrative feature and height of the ghost novels in the Six Dynasties, with Soushenji to represent. It also excavate the influence these novels made to the later novels in Chinese ancient times.This article divided to four chapters. In the introduction chapter, we introduce Gan Bao's lifetime and experiences, who is the writer of Soushenji. And compiled, circulated of this novel too. We reviewing and summarizing the research history of this novel. What coming the last is the research methods used in this article.The first chapter start with the identity change with the narrator. first we discuss the narrators in traditional historical literature, then coming the narrators who have the feature as a novelist in Soushenji.The second chapter we express the innovations that created by Soushenji, from the view that it reclaimed narrative perspective. In the first segment, we discuss the lasting of the full angle, the second segment, we discuss the using of the limited angle, including the objective case and nominative case in the limited angle. The last segment is the space-time view in narration, which is variety and dreaming.The last chapter is about the cultural connotation reflected by narration in Soushenji, including Taoism and Buddhism, also the traditional national character.
