Republic Of China Experts In Politics

Experts in politics were an important embodiment in the KMT regime in later 1930, and were also practice of Western "political experts" thought emerged in the early 20th century in China. The Resources Committee as a sector gained most experts in politics, such as experts and scholars in various fields at that time. In the case of experts in politics, the Resources Committee, compared with its national government agencies, was unique. It set up an advanced management system, making outstanding contributions in industrial construction, personnel training and foreign trade, strongly supporting to the Sino-Japanese War, and promoting the construction of China's modern industry. Meanwhile, the political experts in Resources Committee, to a certain extent, changed the composition of national government agencies and management level, introduced a new administrative concept and promoted the modernization of administration.But in the "one-party dictatorship", the experts faced many limitations in politics. Experts and scholars in politics just got a chance to participate in politics, but were not able to create and change the environment that would make these experts to work in difficult situation. Many people forced to join the KMT were gradually assimilated by the reality, so that the practice of experts in politics seemed very difficult, making political experts only short-lived, while they cannot become the decisive factor to affect socio-political processes.
