Wei Jie-Yi ,Late Ming-Dynasty and Early Qing-Dynasty he lived in Bo Village ,Zhili Province .He was famous as a moralist but not a historian.However ,he is also an excellent historian .He had wrriten a history book called"Chien-yiu Ching-ShiBian", literally"collection of Socially useful discourse"which was twenty-seven volumes and compased by the commentaries about"Tzu-chih T'ung-chien",literally "Comprehensive Mirror to Aid in Government"by Si Ma-Guang and"Tzu-chih T'ung-chien for Shong,Yuan,Ming and Qing"by Wang Zhong- ling with his own ideas,limited by the article space and text,we olny research about the Song-Dynasty which Wei Jie-Yi commentted on.Wei Jie-Yi had an justice-of-nature ideology which succeeded from the traditiona moralist.This ideology conside that the justice-of-nature is Supreme and everywhere ,moreover ,the most important thing about researchig history is how to get the justice-of-nature from histicity and comprehend the differences between justice-of-nature and appetence,This article discusses the three aspects.Firstly, the ideology of Wang Yang-Ming which said that the human's mind is just the justice-of-nature was popular in the Late Ming-Dynasty.Therefore,the students of Wang Yang-Ming advocated their teacher's ideology which comment that there is not good or evil in people's mind;moreover people can comprehend and awake both the world and their own then become sanits.Although this ideology was popular,somepeople who not did really know the ideology had not read books but blabbered the ideology.They also said that four cardinal vices-wine, women, avarice, pride did not damage their ethics.The drawbacks of these claims was more and more serious and caused confusions on people.In order to reverse the bad social atmosphere, Wei Jie-Yi distinguished between good and evil hardly.Si Ma-Guang,Zhong Shi-Dao ,Yue Fei ,Wang Lixin and so on were referred as good people or gentlemen.Wang An-Shi , Cai Jing, Tong Guan, Qin Hui , Chia Si-Dao and so on were referred as villain.The purpose of this was to reflect the public opinion and save humanity lost through praising the"good"and belittling the"evil". Secondly,although Wei Jie-Yi indentitied the value of"zu-chih T'ung-chien"for its benefit to the real world,He thought the space of this book was too vast.He selected a part which he recondered was usefull to the socity. This anthology concentrated"Tzu-chih T'ung-chien"and played an active role on spread of culture.From the anthology to which he select histicity,we can see the society hot at that time,such as the imperial,military and more.Thirdly, Wei Jie-Yi emphasis on justice-of-nature too much to fall into the clichéof feudal superstition.He discrimination for the peasant uprising for he had a strong emotional caused by class feeling.Because of differences between the schools , Wei Jie-Yi did not view Wang An-Shi and his political reform objectively.It is called that criticized other people for partisan but fall into it.Nevertheless,he advocated justice-of-nature in the book ,not only had an impact on resersing the bad social atmosphere at that time but also had apositive meaning on today's soiciety.we can explore the book's point of view,combined with the experience of Wei Jie-Yi to study this character and Ethics ,history.
